Emart hosts 'Star Sale' anniversary discount event

The founding anniversary event will be held for a week from November 29th (Friday) to December 5th.

First, popular meat products are offered at special prices. Domestic pork belly/neck (100g each) are sold at 1,590 won with a 40% discount when earning Shinsegae points, and the tender, high-fat content female pig pork belly/neck (100g each) are also available at a 40% discount for 1,788 won. ※ Excluding Jeju region

Emart prepared 300 tons of pork belly and neck meat, equivalent to a month's sales volume, to offer more customers benefits during this anniversary event. Additionally, all items under the 'Brand Hanwoo' category are available at a 30% discount when paid with the event card, and 'Native Hen Baeksuk (1,050g)' is sold at a 40% discount when accumulating Shinsegae points.

For this event, a special plan was also made for 'Premium Large Flatfish Sashimi (about 360g, domestic).' It will be offered at a 40% discount, priced at 25,980 won when accumulating Shinsegae points.

The traditional flatfish sashimi used live flatfish weighing around 1.6 to 2 kg, but this special product features Jeju-grown large flatfish weighing about 3 kg, offering a thick, chewy texture and a rich, nutty flavor. Seasonal fruit 'strawberries' have also been heavily supplied. From November 29 to December 1, for three days, all strawberry products will be discounted by 5,000 won when earning Shinsegae Points. The flagship product, 'Seolhyang strawberries (500g/pack),' normally priced at 16,900 won, will be sold at a discounted price of 11,900 won after a 5,000 won discount.

Despite the ongoing heatwave this year causing disruptions in strawberry supply, Emart discovered new farms across the country in regions such as Nonsan, Sancheong, Kimje, Iksan, and Damyang, and secured an initial stock to prepare 80 tons of strawberries. This amount is four times the volume sold during the week before the anniversary celebration.

Greater benefits unfold on weekends. From the 29th of this month to December 1st, a weekend special sale will be held, allowing you to purchase major food and daily necessities at half price. The main items include popular processed foods for the winter season.
