When do you usually start pet therapy?

It's that time of year when I start to pay more attention to foot care, but after getting a pedicure, it's really hard to wear sneakers or dress shoes, so I usually get pedicures around June when I start wearing sandals regularly. My toenails are unattractive and small, so I can't avoid getting tips on them.
