Can I achieve whiter teeth by using whitening toothpaste?

I am using shampoo for hair loss.

I heard that there is really a tiny bit of help for hair loss.

I'm curious if whitening toothpaste is really helpful.

Do you have any recommendations among whitening toothpastes?

Please also recommend.

I hope it helps with whitening.

    치약 중에 메인 효과로 미백을 내세우는 치약을 쓰면 될것 같아요..그러나 효과는 아주 미세한 것 같구요..그래도 달리 방법이 없으니요..
