Do you all go to the dermatologist immediately when you get acne?

I put on the patch and wait, but it seems like people around me go straight to the dermatologistㅠㅠ.. I think I might not be taking enough care of it.

그러고도 안나으면 피부과 가요~
근데 잠을 푹 자면 전 금방 들어가더라구요

수면이 좀 부족하거나 피곤하면 피부가 확 올라오더라구요
