눈영양제 챙겨 드시면 한결 나아지더라구요.
(Concern) I'm worried about dry eye syndrome.
Originally, when I work a lot or feel physically tired, my eyes feel dry, so I buy artificial tears at the pharmacy.
It was okay as long as I used it a few times, but since it worsened once, it hasn't improved.
In the morning, I find it hard to open my eyes, and I often feel pain when I do. I also experience frequent redness and use artificial tears.
Since I only put it in at that time, I think I do it several times a day.
I had an eye exam and was prescribed artificial tears at the hospital last time, but I've already used them all up because I applied them too often.
They say that frequently using artificial tears is not good, so things like eye compress packs sold at Olive Young or pharmacies might be better.
Will it be effective? Has anyone tried using it?
