I went because I had pimples on my face. I visited on Saturday. The staff was friendly and the facilities are great.

Instead of blindly recommending treatments, they provided realistic options based on hair thickness, density, and progression speed, which made me feel trustworthy. The consultation took longer than expected, which was good for asking various questions, and the staff were overall calm in their manner. However, there was a slight wait time, probably because it was a popular time slot. Still, overall, I had the impression that it was a place where I could receive consultations without feeling pressured.
