After that, I received detailed guidance on how to use artificial tears and establish eye rest habits, and they prescribed me medication to use if necessary. As I started to gradually change my habits following their advice, I noticed that my eye fatigue was slowly decreasing. I had only thought about my vision issues, but this experience made me realize how important it is to take care of my overall eye health.
