Diet Herbal Medicine Capsule Prescription

I received a prescription~~ It seems to be more effective than I expected. I do have a dry mouth, but there's no nausea, so it's okay~~

I took the medication for the first time today, and something truly unbelievable happened. Usually, even when I'm tired and worn out, I rarely lose my appetite. However, starting from lunchtime, I felt so full that I left half of my meal, and I wasn't hungry at all until dinner. I wonder if it’s just because it’s the first day, so I plan to wait a few more days to see how it goes. Since it's the first day, I don’t have comparison photos, but I did take some pictures today. I have lost about 4 kilograms (from approximately 57.2 kg to 53 kg) while taking fat-reducing medication and following a dietary plan (eating less). I have returned to the clinic today to progress to the next phase and received my medication again. Both the doctor and the nurses are very kind, and the hospital is clean. Visiting every 15 days for body composition checks seems to motivate me even more. I plan to continue until I reach my target weight. Thank you.
