After the laser procedure, I went in for outpatient treatment for about 3 days. The doctor carefully checked and treated me, and the nurse explained everything in an easy-to-understand way.

Due to the nature of my work, I find myself staring at a monitor all day, which has led to frequent eye fatigue and delayed focus. So, I visited the ophthalmology clinic. The initial examination consisted of several stages and I felt reassured as each purpose of the test was explained to me. During the consultation about the results, I learned that it wasn’t just a decrease in vision but rather that the tear layer on the surface of my eyes was weakened, causing dryness and blurred vision repeatedly. I was also informed that my habit of wearing contact lenses and the reduced frequency of blinking while looking at screens were contributing to the problem. The doctor didn’t just prescribe artificial tears; he provided practical advice that could be applied in real life, such as how to arrange lighting when looking at screens, managing lens wear time, and setting patterns for eye rest. I was particularly impressed by the explanation that 'Eyes are organs we use constantly, but they need rest to be maintained.' After following the guidance for a few days, I noticed a significant reduction in tightness and blurred vision, and my ability to switch focus felt much more natural. I appreciated that the treatment was conducted with only what was necessary, without excessive procedures, which made me feel trustworthy.

There's only one ophthalmology clinic in the area, so even though I moved to a hospital 20 minutes away, I still go here. The new place is spacious and comfortable, which is nice.
