You only need to take one pill a day, but I prefer to take it on an empty stomach in the morning.
I am naturally someone who has regular bowel movements, so I didn't start taking probiotics for the purpose of expelling accumulated waste, but I began taking them because I heard that probiotics are the starting point of all immunity. I don't take any other vitamins, only probiotics, and I wonder if they help boost immunity. I haven't caught a cold, haha (maybe it's also because I run regularly, lol).
Personally, I recommend it as it seems effective in boosting immunity :) Everyone, be careful of colds^^
