Maybe because I've been overexerting myself lately, the pain in my right shoulder has worsened since then. It's very painful when I lift my arm up or stretch it backward. When I lift something heavy, my shoulder muscles tremble and I feel a sharp, tearing pain. I don't have time to go for physical therapy; can I manage it with muscle patches or hot packs?
