손가락이 불편하신거니까 정형외과 가셔서 물리치료나 파라핀치료 어떠실까요??
When I wake up in the morning, my fingers don't bend well, so I clasp my hands together and stretch to loosen them up.
I went to the hospital and had tests for degenerative arthritis and other examinations. There were slight signs of inflammation, but overall it was considered okay for my age.
Some days are worse, and some days are less severe. Which hospital should I go to and how should I receive treatment?

티끌모아깨볶자손가락 마디 아프다는 주변 지인들이 있어요.. 류마티스를 얘기하기도 하고 호르몬 때문이라고도 하더라구요.. ㅠㅠ 저는 저리거든요..
wonk정형외과가보시는게 좋을꺼같아요ㅠㅠ 염증때문에 아닐까요~ 손가락은 파라핀 많이 하더라구요

물리치료 꾸준히 받으면 좀 괜찮지 않을까요?? 파라핀 치료 하면 관절에 좋다고 하던데요~
