I'm curious about herbal medicine dieting.

I've thought a lot about diet herbal medicine, especially after experiencing childbirth twice... I think herbal medicine might be a bit more affordable than Western medicine... and I feel like it could be prescribed to suit my body... I'm also a bit worried about side effects... and whether I can quit it well, haha. Still, I usually visit traditional Korean medicine clinics and took herbal medicine even after childbirth, and I think my body responded well, so I'm hoping diet herbal medicine might suit me too. I'm somewhat looking forward to it and doing some research as well, haha. I'm especially curious about whether I can avoid the yo-yo effect and endure well... I know individual willpower varies a lot, but I have quite a few questions, haha.
