It is reported that Goo Jun-yeop's wife and Taiwanese actress Shih Hsi-yuan has passed away. She was 48 years old.

Local media such as Taiwan Central News Agency (CNA) reported, citing the position of Seo Hee-won's younger sister Seo Hee-je (Xu Shidi), that Seo Hee-won died while traveling in Japan during the Lunar New Year holiday. The cause of death was acute pneumonia.

Seo Hee-je said in the statement, "At the beginning of the new year, our family traveled to Japan. My most beloved and kind sister, Seo Hee-won, unfortunately left us due to influenza and pneumonia."

He left a message saying, "I'm grateful to be his sister. We could care for each other and be together. I will always be thankful and miss you." He also said, "Rest in peace. I will love you forever. Let's remember each other forever."

Seo Hee-won is a well-known Taiwanese national actress, famous in Korea for works such as "Yuseonghwa-won" and "The Ghost's Love." In 2022, she registered her marriage and became a married couple with Goon Joon-yeop from Clon, whom she previously dated.
