코믹이다가 또 내용이 나오나봐요 정해인님이 안 어울렸다니 궁금해지네요
I just watched Veteran 2.
First, I added a bit more comedic elements compared to the previous work.
In the opening, we're aiming to be so funny that people might even wonder, "Is this a complete comedy film?"
Here, I felt that... this isn't right.
However, the opening is just the beginning; as it settles in, it feels somewhat light but progresses with a weighty intensity.
The story has been surrounded by many issues and articles even before the movie's release, so everyone had an idea of what to expect.
The villain is openly shown from the very beginning. (I won't mention it.;;; )
However, the flow of the story proceeds without any hindrance, and until the middle part, it progresses so smoothly that one might even wonder if the villain is truly the bad guy.
The direction was a good mix of Director Ryu Seung-wan's signature action and humor.
I thought that the material itself was a mixture of stories that have appeared in recent dramas, created with a focus on visual appeal.
As expected, there was a sense of disappointment, as if proving the rarity of a sequel that surpasses the previous work.
The acting is so good, like veteran actors in a movie title, but I felt that Jung Hae-in's role didn't quite suit his character.
I would give it a 7 out of 10.
Please make sure to watch the ending credits and the post-credits scene at the end.
This is a video hinting at Season 3.
