Concern about endometrial polyps

It was my gynecological examination day the other day.

In my early to mid-40s, new health issues are appearing that I didn't have before.

There is a polyp in the endometrium. Can it go away on its own? They are talking about hysteroscopic surgery or procedure.

I am curious about anesthesia methods and the average length of hospital stay.

I'm worried and depressed because a disease that didn't exist before has appeared.

I'm curious whether it's due to poor eating habits or simply aging.
