해피혀니저도 떨림이 있어 마그네슘 먹은지 3개월 정도 되었는데 많이 좋아졌어요 더심해지면 병원 진료 꼭 받아보셔요.

박효정저도 눈밑떨림이 너무 심해서 mri까지 찍어봤는데. 아무 이상없더라구요. 그때 선생님이 눈밑 근육이 좀 예민한 사람이 있다하셨어요. 그런가보다 하고 지냈는데 허무하게 회사 그만두니 낫더라구요. 결국 스트레스가 원인이었어요. 그 이후로도 너무 스트레스 많이 받거나 피곤하거나하면 한번씩 떨리긴 해요. 스트레스 받으시는 일이 많으시다면 그 일을 좀 줄여보시는 건 어떨까요? 빨리 완쾌되시길 바랄께요~
