저는 그래도 면봉이 제일 좋더라구요 사람들마다 다른 거 같기는 한데 그래도 병원에 1번 물어 보시고 괜찮다 하시면 써도 되지 않을까 개인적으로 생각합니다
Is it okay to use a cotton swab after showering if my ears are frequently itchy?
There is keratin buildup in the ear, which is a mild skin condition. It is also slightly itchy usually.
Even when visiting the hospital, there is no definitive cure for chronic diseases, so skin ointments are prescribed and applied.
It's not usually severe, but when I'm under a lot of stress, it tends to turn quite red.
Fortunately, applying a lotion with a lot of oil, like skin ointment or Vaseline, tends to soothe the skin quite well.
I have one concern: I've always had a habit of using cotton swabs after showering because my ears tend to itch.
However, when searching online, there are many articles advising against using cotton swabs as they may cause "otitis externa."
But other than that, it's hard to properly dry my ears, so I just keep using it.
I wonder if it's just my mood or if it's because it has become a habit, but I feel more frustrated and itchy when I don't use it.
If you have a skin condition in your ear like me, I'm wondering if there's a better way to take care of it besides using a cotton swabㅠㅠ
