The hospital facilities were clean and the consultation was very friendly! The doctor who performed the procedure tailored it to my concerns and also recommended additional treatments that would be beneficial, which I appreciated! While I need to see the effects over time, I am overall very satisfied!

This is my first time at Jubelux Skin Platinum Clinic, and compared to other hospitals, the waiting time is short and there are no pushy recommendations, so I felt comfortable getting the treatment done. Most importantly, I can see the embossing well, so I think the results will be good. I plan to come back next month to check on my progress.

I got the Rejuran Healer treatment for the first time based on recommendations from friends. I hesitated because I heard it was really painful and the price wasn’t cheap… but since I live in the southern part of Gyeonggi, Sinsa Station is a bit far for me. However, the building is very clean, and the clinic is spacious. The desk staff were very kind. After applying the numbing cream, I was taken to a private room after 20 minutes, which was also roomy and clean, with everything prepared from wet wipes to blankets. Especially... a friend suggested I bring a doll because it hurts, and there was a doll right there! The doctor came in and calmly went through the procedure, suggesting where I’d benefit from the treatment. I have two more sessions to go, and I’m considering trying other treatments as well!

I regularly visit for the Rejuran treatments. The hospital facilities are very clean, and the staff are friendly. However, it seems that the director changes often, but they administer the Rejuran very meticulously and precisely.

I started considering Botox and decided to visit Platinum Clinic just for a consultation without any pressure. When I walked into the clinic, I was struck by the overall stylish and clean atmosphere, and the well-organized interior made a good first impression. The waiting area was also comfortable, and the staff were friendly without being overbearing, which made the registration and consultation process flow smoothly. During the consultation, the doctor quickly checked the state of my facial muscles and explained how the Botox procedure would work, focusing on the key points. There was no overwhelming push to do anything; instead, they highlighted only the necessary areas, which made it feel less intimidating. Whenever I asked questions, they provided explanations that were easy to understand.

The atmosphere of the clinic is clean, the staff are friendly, and the wait times aren't too long, which is great. The consultation by the consulting director was kind and good, but as someone receiving treatment, I felt it was a bit disappointing that I couldn't consult directly with the doctor performing the procedures. The pain during the procedure was more than I expected, and right after, I had some heat sensation and redness on my skin, which made me worried, but it got better after about two days. I didn't notice much difference yet since it was just the first session, but they said the effects would gradually appear after about two weeks, so I need to wait a bit longer to see how it goes. I hope there will be noticeable results after the third session.

I had Juvéderm and calf Botox injected at the same time on the nasolabial folds. Since it was a Friday afternoon, there were quite a few people, so there was some waiting. The staff were kind and informed me that the long wait might delay my treatment, which was okay with me. The Juvéderm injection wasn’t very painful, thanks to the numbing shot. The calf Botox had a bit of discomfort. Since it was my first time with Juvéderm, they gave me a massage method for post-care through KakaoTalk, which was convenient! If it works, I plan to get it done regularly. The location is convenient near Sinsa Station, and the clinic was clean and pleasant! Everyone seemed a bit flustered since it was a busy time, but I would like to try another treatment next time.
