I can't see the process, but before cutting the threads, they show me in the mirror and ask if I would like them to pull more. When I only had fillers, I experienced sagging, but the threads definitely provide a firm lift, and I think it's really great. Since the threads dissolve and transform into collagen, I believe it makes the results even better.
