Even though it was my first visit, I already thought about wanting to come back. Haha, I think I've found my go-to clinic and I'll be consistently getting acupuncture until I'm better. Lately, I've been taking tennis lessons and using my arms a lot, which has made my elbows hurt continuously, so I decided to visit a traditional Korean medicine clinic. At first, I thought it was just muscle pain and that it would get better quickly, but it was really uncomfortable whenever I picked something up or bent and straightened my arm, so I decided to get treatment. The doctor kindly explained why it hurts and why I should get acupuncture. After the treatment, I feel like my arm moves a bit more smoothly! The stiffness and pain in my elbow got a bit better. I think if I want to keep exercising, I probably need to keep getting treatment consistently. It seems like it's much better to spend money on treatment rather than holding off and making it worse.
