There was no pressure or coercion during the consultation with the director. The prices are very reasonable, and when events are ongoing, it can feel crowded like a market. However, this place was entirely private and offered a secluded atmosphere. Dr. Wonjing, being a female doctor, definitely provided a meticulous touch. I wanted a natural and smooth lifting, and she skillfully addressed the necessary areas. The director has a warm and calming presence, almost like an announcer, and takes excellent care of the patients. After the InMode treatment and fillers, she jokingly asked me to come back for a retouch. I was completely satisfied to receive InMode and fillers at this price with such great service. I was worried about parking since it's near Gangnam Station, but I didn't have to worry about that, and the nurses were really kind. It's a popular place, so there were a lot of customers. As time goes on, I can tell my nose bridge looks higher and the wrinkles on my forehead have disappeared. I recommend this place!!

After paying 1,400,000 won, I experienced sexual shame and treatment failure. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. I paid 1,400,000 won for dual course 2 to improve smile lines and jawline, and planned to receive a total of 24 threads including 4 PCL threads and 20 concentric threads. However, during the design process before the treatment, I faced highly unpleasant and inappropriate physical contact from the responsible doctor. There was no change from the treatment, and the clinic's response was irresponsible, hence I'm leaving this review for public interest. 1. Inappropriate physical contact: During the design, the doctor pulled their body towards my legs that were sitting on the bed, getting too close to my private area, which was very uncomfortable and humiliating. I felt very bad from the start, but I had already paid, so I endured it. 2. Design and vector errors: Looking at the marking photo which was sketched in less than a minute, the threads were pulling in a direction that did not address the smile lines but only towards underneath the chin. As a result, the smile lines showed no improvement, and there was no change in the jawline either. My concerns were completely disregarded by the doctor during the design, and in a very authoritative manner, they dismissed my opinion with nonsensical statements like, “Dimples make you look old! Without dimples, you won't have wrinkles! Without wrinkles, you'll live longer!” 3. Doubts about the number of threads: When I saw the threads prepared just before the treatment, there were only about 15 threads instead of 24. When I asked the chief nurse (or was it a nurse aide?) about this, I received the absurd response, “It’s because the threads are short.” 4. Hygiene conditions: The hygiene management was terrible, with the threads placed on reused regular towels in non-sterile areas during preparation for the procedure. Moreover, there were unwashed black stains all over the gown of the doctor who performed the treatment. 5. Treatment process and post-treatment response: Despite informing them of my upcoming overseas trip, it was evident that the design did not match the paid treatment, which was ignored with excuses like 'wait for a month', 'it's because you didn't get fillers', and 'you'll probably need fillers if you come again'. I initially intended to receive a lifting treatment with thread lifting, not to fill in the concerns with fillers. The doctor did not attempt to improve the promised smile lines with thread lifting from the beginning and even expressed resentment towards me for not adding a smile filler, bluntly questioning why I didn't get it and suggesting that I should have spent that money to get fillers from them instead of somewhere else. The manager who consulted me even told me that the filler prices at this clinic are too expensive, and when I mentioned I would get it done elsewhere, they asked me to say to the doctor that I would get fillers next time, assuring that the doctor would insist on getting fillers as well. Additionally, despite the anesthesia, I felt severe pain, but I refrained from making any noise, worried that it would upset the rude doctor and interfere with the treatment. However, the doctor expressed irritation, saying, “Ugh, why are you so tense?! What hurts?!” To calm the doctor, I replied, “Yes, doctor, I am taking deep breaths,” but the doctor just became angrier, saying, “Why are you looking down?!” creating more fear for me with their unprofessional behavior and remarks. From the start, I should have been more cautious seeing the strange atmosphere of the clinic and the bizarre behavior and comments of the doctor, and I deeply regret falling for the false marketing of 'PCL 4 threads + 20 concentric threads for 1,400,000 won.' Looking again at the review photos, most seem to be poorly photoshopped images of my face. I returned home after three years; I wanted to get thread lifting during my vacation, but that opportunity has also been ruined. I hope there won't be anyone else who goes through the same financial and emotional distress as I did, and I am currently in the process of reporting to the consumer protection agency. Please choose carefully.

Both the waiting area and the treatment room were well-organized, which helped reduce my tension, and the structure allowed for good privacy. The staff was quiet and kind, making my experience comfortable without any discomfort. The doctor conducted the consultations and treatments with a careful and serious attitude, and I felt reassured as they didn’t push for excessive procedures or too much volume. I was particularly impressed by the emphasis on achieving a natural look. The location was convenient for public transportation, being close to Sangbong Station, and it wasn't hard to find, even for a first-time visitor. Overall, I was very satisfied with the stable consultations and natural results, and I believe I would consider returning here if I need additional care in the future.
