The internal medicine doctor was extremely kind. I've been doing salt gargles for my chest pain and persistent cough. I had a chest X-ray just in case. I struggled for almost a month with a lingering cough, feeling awful with chills and a sore throat. I thought if I took some medicine and rested a bit, I would feel better, but it ended up taking nearly a month before I went to the clinic. There were so many patients, I waited over an hour to see the doctor. After a quick visit, I received an injection for inflammation and got a week’s worth of medication to take home. Since I got back, I've been gargling multiple times a day with warm salt water. I also make sure to take my medicine regularly. My stomach feels a bit off, maybe because of the antibiotics, but thankfully the cough is slowly getting better with time. Thank you very much.
