The doctor is kind, but the appointment time is short. I waited for 30 minutes and I only had a 1-minute consultation.

Today, I visited the hospital with my child who caught a cold. My child complained about discomfort in their nose and throat. As before, we checked in with Dr. Um in Room 1 and waited. Although it was the weekend, there weren't many patients, so we didn't have to wait long after checking in. Both my daughter and I received the examination together, and the doctor carefully listened to our throats and lungs and explained everything in detail. After taking the prescribed medicine, I noticed a slight improvement already. It really seems like there is a hospital that suits us well. That’s why we come here every time. Thank you for always being so kind and for providing effective care. I hope we don't get sick again, but if we do, we'll be back~~
26.04.19 Kim Hyun-jeong ENT Clinic
The wait time is short, which is nice, but when they do the ears or nose, it's a bit rough, so the kids tend to feel some pain.
24.01.15 Kowai ENT Clinic
There are too many peopleㅠㅠ The wait time is long, but the consultation is really short. I wish I could make an appointment through the app.
24.01.31 Jeong & Kim Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic
I visited the ENT because I had a stuffy nose from cold symptoms, and there were really a lot of people. I chose a doctor with a short waiting time and got my treatment. My nose feels clearer now, and it was refreshing.
26.01.08 Good Pediatric and Adolescent Clinic
My son had a cough and a runny nose because of a cold, so we went to the hospital. There were a lot of patients, probably because it was cold outside. The cold seemed pretty severe, and they said the shots were painful, but the waiting time was short, which was nice. After taking the medicine for about two days, he feels much better.
24.01.31 Seoul Asan Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic

I consulted with Dr. Lee Jong-ik. I visited because my nasal congestion was severe. He didn't give me any procedures for fear of causing a nosebleed. I was really struggling with my blocked nose, and he just gave me a prescription. He suggested we try medication first. The doctor explained everything well. There's usually a long wait time to see Dr. Lee Jong-ik, but time passed quickly and I was called in sooner than expected. The location is great, close to the subway. The clinic is on the 6th floor. There were a lot of people in the afternoon, which I guess means they're doing well. He thoroughly examined my nasal passages with a laser, so even though the wait was long, the consultation was short, and I appreciated that.
26.01.28 Heo Jun Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic
I had a bad cold and visited the hospital, but I also had rhinitis symptoms. The doctor explained everything to me and prescribed a nasal spray, saying it would be helpful. They even gave me a paper with instructions on how to spray it. They mentioned that using it could cause nosebleeds, and if that happens, I should stop using it and give it a break. I found it impressive that they explained the side effects as well. The hospital is located downtown, so it can be a bit inconvenient to get there. The medication works well, but I noticed that the consultations tend to involve excessive testing and lead to higher treatment costs. There's also a lot of people, so you have to wait a long time, but the consultation times are really short.
26.04.03 Choi Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic
I visited because my cold symptoms were lasting a long time. It was a weekday morning, and there were quite a few patients waiting, so after check-in, I had to wait a little while for the consultation. The waiting area was clean, but there aren't many chairs, so it can be a bit uncomfortable when it gets crowded. The consultation went relatively quickly, and the doctor thoroughly checked my throat and nose. They explained my symptoms, but they weren't very talkative, so if I had questions, I had to ask directly to get more detailed answers. The prescription was standard, and my symptoms improved a bit after taking the medication. However, the consultation felt short, so if you're expecting a detailed discussion, you might be disappointed. It's okay for simple cold or rhinitis treatment, but you should consider that the waiting time can be long.
26.01.18 Maypure Clinic, Migeum Branch
Three months after my full Botox treatment, I only needed Botox for my frown lines and wrinkles on my nose, so I got Botox for my forehead and the bridge of my nose, and also did the remaining InMode treatment. InMode was really hot at the time, but the results were immediate, which is great! Still, it was so hot that I think I might try a different lifting treatment next time. Haha. I also really like that the wait time is short and it's easy to use the service!
25.12.28 Eunpyeong Central Pediatric and Adolescent Clinic
I took my child to Eunpyeong Central Pediatrics for a cold consultation. Overall, it was a pretty decent experience. The waiting time wasn't extremely short, but it wasn't uncomfortable either, and the registration and guidance were done in a relatively calm manner. When it was time for the consultation, the doctor carefully checked my child's condition and explained the cold symptoms in a way that was easy to understand. However, the doctor doesn't really go into very detailed explanations, so it would be helpful to prepare any questions in advance. The prescription didn’t feel excessive, which was a relief, and I received simple instructions on how to take the medicine. Overall, the atmosphere was friendly and tidy, and I was satisfied that my child did not feel too uncomfortable during the visit. It’s not anything extremely special, but it gives the impression of being a pediatric clinic that you can reliably use.
26.04.29 Jangan 365 Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic
I've been going to this ENT for 10 years, and on the doctor's recommendation, I had the rhinitis surgery done with radiofrequency. They said the recovery period is about 2 to 3 weeks and the effects will be great, but it's only been 4 days, so I'm still uncomfortable with the scabs. I'm hoping for a dramatic effect in a month. I can't wait to not suffer anymore and, as the doctor said, I hope a new world opens up for me. The surgery time was really short. If you take out the time for preparing and getting IV fluids, the actual surgery took about 10 minutes? I was really surprised at how quick it was. If it works well, I’ll definitely recommend it to friends who are struggling. They said I only need to come in for disinfection every 2 to 3 days, and when I go, it's just a simple process of putting some cotton in my nose for a bit and then removing it.
25.12.17 Nuri Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic

I visited Nuri ENT Clinic due to symptoms of a cold. For a few days, I had been experiencing a stuffy nose and a runny nose, which made daily life a bit uncomfortable, so I decided to find a nearby ENT clinic. The clinic is conveniently located near Gunja Station, making it easy to get to, and the interior felt overall clean and well-organized. The staff at the reception were calm and provided guidance, so even though it was my first visit, I was able to receive treatment without any difficulty. The waiting time was shorter than I expected, and I was able to enter the examination room relatively quickly. The doctor checked my nasal condition and briefly explained my current symptoms and the causes of the congestion, while examining the inside of my nose with an endoscope and proceeding with the necessary treatment. The treatment process went smoothly without any significant discomfort, and after treating the inside of my nose, I also received a prescription. It felt like the doctor focused on the necessary areas rather than overwhelming me with excessive explanations or treatments. Thanks to this, I was able to receive treatment in a short amount of time, and the overall process felt fairly straightforward. I believe this is a good clinic to visit when you need simple ENT treatment for something like a cold or rhinitis. The atmosphere of the clinic is calm, and the staff are generally friendly, so I was able to receive treatment without much inconvenience. If you're near Gunja Station and need care for a cold or ENT issues, it might be worth a visit.
26.03.10 View Plastic Surgery Clinic

I saw an event for nose surgery and made a reservation to visit. It was quite a challenge to travel over 4 hours to get there, but it felt promising to find the hospital easily since it’s so big. This was my first consultation for nose reshaping, and I was filled with a mix of nerves and excitement. The hospital was very large, luxurious, and clean, which was nice. After registering, I went straight into the examination room, and after the exam, I waited around 10 minutes for the manager, who had a brief consultation with me before I met the doctor. The doctor provided a thorough explanation, so I made my decision that day. The manager and staff were extremely friendly, which was great. The doctor discussed reducing the width of my nostrils, using an implant for the bridge, and a donated rib cartilage for the tip.
26.03.28 The Well Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic
My throat often felt prickly, and I had a prolonged stuffy nose. The building was easy to find, and the interior was generally tidy, but the waiting area was smaller than I expected, which could feel cramped when a lot of people were there. After checking in, I had a basic hearing test and an examination of my nose, which were both relatively quick. The doctor's consultation was calm, and he explained that my current symptoms were a combination of rhinitis and pharyngitis. However, his explanations were more focused on the essentials rather than detailed, which might feel a bit short for someone visiting for the first time. The prescription wasn't excessive, and he also offered advice on managing my lifestyle. The nursing staff was competent, but they felt a bit formal during busy times. After the treatment, my symptoms gradually eased, and overall, it was an ENT clinic that stayed true to the basics without unnecessary treatments.
26.01.18 Genesis Plastic Surgery Clinic
I had a consultation for non-surgical eye and nose procedures. The hospital was clean and quiet, creating a comfortable atmosphere for the consultation. It started with a consultation with the assistant followed by the head doctor, who explained the possible treatment options based on my current facial condition. However, the consultation was relatively short, so I could only get a brief overview of the changes after the procedure and the possibility of side effects. They would answer my questions, but I felt like I needed to be more proactive in asking since their style wasn't to provide detailed explanations upfront. There was no pressure to undergo excessive treatments, but I did wish there had been a bit more information for comparison purposes. Overall, it was a decent hospital for quietly receiving a consultation and making a judgment.
26.01.14 365 Kids Pediatrics Clinic

My child had a bit of a stuffy nose and I was also suffering from a bad sore throat, so we visited together. Dr. Monkey is quite famous in the neighborhood. He gets straight to the point, explains things clearly, and gives great care, plus the medicine he prescribes really works. The consultation time is brief, though. I was really struggling with thick phlegm stuck in my throat and my voice was all hoarse, which was quite painful. But after taking the prescribed medicine for just one day, I can already feel a significant improvement. I couldn't sleep well at night because of the coughing, but I woke up feeling a lot better after a good night's sleep.
26.05.18 Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic
I've suffered from rhinitis and sinusitis for my entire life, and the changing seasons were terrifying for me. I had to live with tissues all the time, and I couldn't get a good night's sleep due to nasal congestion, leading to chronic fatigue. I visited several hospitals, tried medication, and used sprays, but they were only temporary solutions. Then, I visited this ENT clinic, known for surgical treatment and addressing root causes. During my first visit, I had allergy tests, a nasal endoscopy, and a CT scan, and I found out that my nasal structure was severely deviated and my mucosa was hypertrophied. The doctor explained the structural problems inside my nose with visual aids, clearly stating why medication alone had limitations. I was scared when they said surgery was necessary, but after hearing about their extensive clinical experience and latest surgical techniques, I felt reassured. The nerves I felt on the day of surgery quickly faded away thanks to the kind attention of the nurses. The surgery was done very meticulously under local anesthesia, and the doctor kept checking to make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The pain wasn't as bad as I expected, probably because of advancements in technology, and the surgery time was short, which reduced the physical burden. Even the cotton used for hemostasis afterward was made from a special material that minimized pain for the patient, showing the hospital's efforts to ease patient suffering. About a week after surgery, when they removed the cotton from my nose, I experienced the wonder of breathing through my nose for the first time in my life. The refreshing air entering deeply made me feel clear-headed. During the aftercare process, the doctor meticulously checked to ensure my nasal mucosa was healing well, and he demonstrated how to wash my nose and manage my environment to prevent recurrence of rhinitis. Now, I no longer need to carry a ton of tissues in my bag. I no longer wake up with a sore throat from sleeping with my mouth open, and I can sleep deeply, bringing back vitality to my life. The facilities are always clean, and the wait times are well-managed, making it an ideal environment for busy professionals. I'm grateful to all the medical staff who gave new life to my nose.
26.01.03 Young Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic
Every time the seasons change, my throat swells up often, and I get yellow phlegm, so I visited. At first, I thought it was just a simple cold, but after a month of not getting better, I got worried and went in. There were more patients waiting than I expected, so I waited for about 30 minutes after registering, but the examination went relatively quickly. The doctor briefly checked my throat and nasal passages with an endoscope and explained that it was the early stage of chronic pharyngitis. The explanations were quite concise, so unless you ask questions, you might not get detailed information. The prescription focused on basic antibiotics and cough medicine, and they gave me brief advice on lifestyle habits. The nurses were adequate, but it felt like they weren't very friendly since they were busy at the time. After taking the medication, my symptoms eased a bit, but it didn't get better all at once.
26.01.20 June Day Clinic
I was worried about my low nose bridge for a long time, but I chose nose fillers because I was afraid of surgery. The procedure time was short, which made it less burdensome and less scary. At Yoon's Clinic, the filler was injected very delicately in three layers, making my nose bridge naturally higher and my impression much clearer. People around me have complimented me on how noticeably prettier I've become, which makes me feel great. As for side effects, there may be temporary swelling or bruising, so I think it's better to have the procedure before the weekend. For a few days after the procedure, I should avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise, and be careful not to touch the treated area. They provide good guidance on post-procedure precautions, so it's easy to understand.
25.12.03 Cham Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic
For someone like me who has struggled with rhinitis and sinusitis all my life, the change of seasons was a true nightmare. I had to live with tissues constantly, and every night I couldn't sleep well because of nasal congestion, suffering from chronic fatigue. I visited numerous hospitals, tried medication and sprays, but they were just temporary fixes. Then I came to this ENT clinic, known for its surgical treatment and solving the root causes.
26.01.02 Seoul Plastic Surgery Clinic
I went for a consultation because I was concerned about the asymmetry of my nose and jawline. I wasn’t thinking about surgery, just minor procedures, so I visited without pressure. The hospital was clean, and the waiting time for the consultation was short. The doctor did touch my face to explain things, but the overall pace of the consultation was quick. They suggested a few additional procedures beyond my concerns, which felt a bit overwhelming. While I was told I didn’t have to make a decision right away, the atmosphere felt slightly commercial. However, I appreciated their honest explanations about the risks and recovery time of the procedures, which made me trust them more. In the end, I didn’t go through with the procedure that day, but the staff was generally fine until I left. If you want to compare and think things through, this place is worth visiting for a consultation.
26.01.19 New Yonsei ENT Clinic

My child and husband caught a cold and a runny nose once in a while... The weather has been so unpredictable these days ㅠㅠ I thought I'd catch it eventually, and sure enough, I got it. For about two days, I had a runny nose, so I finally went to the hospital ;;;;; Even though I took cold medicine, it didn't help, my nose hurt the most, and I started to wonder if I had rhinitis. The examination was quick, but they helped clear my runny nose, and prescribed some pills that work for rhinitis. I was curious about how much medicine I'd get when I went on Thursday, but it was nice that they gave me four days' worth of medication, so I could take it through the weekend!
26.04.23 Song Du-han Korean Medicine Clinic
I've had a weak constitution and a small appetite since I was a child, which caused frequent nosebleeds, so I’ve been taking tonics here every year. Even as an adult, I still take them once a year. During consultations, they take detailed notes and check how I'm feeling, my current condition, and any medications I'm on. Since I tend to have severe menstrual cramps and rely on painkillers, it seems that after taking their tonics, I can get through six months without issues. Also, when taking the herbal medicine, they check for foods that suit my constitution, which is really great! During the medication consultation, I had some back pain, and they did acupuncture carefully and without pain. The nursing staff also provides excellent physiotherapy, making this clinic a place I want to keep going back to.^^
25.12.06 Our ENT Clinic
I felt cold and had symptoms of chills and fever, along with coughing and sneezing, so I thought it was a cold and visited our ENT clinic. I heard that same-day appointments are available without a reservation, so I called ahead and went in. Although the ENT office isn't very spacious, I was pleased with the clean atmosphere as soon as I walked in. The receptionist was friendly and the check-in process was smooth, which made the waiting time short and comfortable. It wasn't long before I met the doctor. I explained my current symptoms, and he did an oral examination and used a spray similar to a disinfectant on my nose. There were no injections, and he prescribed me medication for a few days, which I got after my visit from a nearby pharmacy.
26.03.17 BJ Lime Clinic
I've always been bothered by how my nose shape looked a bit stuffy and my nose bridge felt low, so I tried a nose filler procedure at Lime Clinic. During the consultation, the doctor explained what kind of lines would look natural and balanced on my face by considering my overall proportions, which made me feel less anxious since it was my first time.
26.02.03 Samsung Comfortable Internal Medicine Clinic
I've been a loyal patient for over 15 years. There’s no excess treatment, and even if the consultation is short and to the point, the doctor always hits the nail on the head! Especially during the changing of the seasons, I always end up with a cold, but the doctor named it more accurately as rhinitis allergy. Until now, I had no idea because other places prescribed me strong cold medicine, but thanks to our doctor, now I know what's really going on. The clinic's facilities and interior are all neat, and the staff are super friendly. However, if I had to nitpick, the parking lot is really narrow. If you visit in the afternoon, the underground parking is always full, making it inconvenient if you're driving. I'm satisfied with this neighborhood clinic, but I wouldn't recommend it for those who need to drive.
25.12.06 Yoon & Choi Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic
I visited due to discomfort in my nose and throat that I experience every season change. The check-in process was quick, and the waiting area was relatively quiet, allowing me to wait comfortably. Before the examination, I was asked about my current symptoms, when they started, and how they affected my daily life. During the consultation, the doctor carefully checked my nose and throat, and calmly explained why my current symptoms were occurring. They didn't just prescribe medication but also provided helpful advice on how to manage things in my daily life. The flow of the consultation felt so natural that it seemed to be over in a flash, and I was impressed by how it focused on the key points without unnecessary chatter. Overall, I had a tidy and organized experience with the consultation.
26.02.02 Cham Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic
Every time the season changes, my chronic rhinitis and allergic rhinitis react first, making it uncomfortable to breathe. After enduring with medicine, I reached my limit and found Chan ENT Clinic. When I entered the hospital, it was quieter than I expected, and the waiting area didn't feel too much like a hospital, which calmed me down a bit. The doctor saw me personally and didn't just cut the consultation short after hearing my symptoms briefly. He continued to ask when it worsens, what my home or work environment is like, and what medications I had previously used. When explaining the test results, instead of ending with a simple "this is it," he connected the current condition of my nose with the symptoms I was experiencing, making it easier to understand. The explanations were realistic and trustworthy without unnecessary worrying comments. The treatment involved both medication and guidance on caring for my nose, and after a few days, I definitely felt less congested when I woke up in the morning. It didn't completely go away, but it felt like the bothersome aspects of everyday life had noticeably decreased. The clinic isn't extravagant but is well organized, and the process was smooth with no unnecessary delays. If someone has been struggling with symptoms for a long time, this kind of consultation might feel less burdensome.
26.02.01 Seongbok Ian Pediatric and Adolescent Clinic
I visited a pediatric clinic for my child's phlegm and runny nose. Even after frequently blowing my child's nose at home, it wasn't improving, so I decided to seek medical help. This pediatric clinic had relatively short wait times even without an appointment, which was great because I didn't have to wait long. The inside of the clinic was kept clean, giving an overall calm feeling. In the examination room, the doctor took their time checking my child's breathing and nasal condition instead of rushing. They explained that it was due to a cold and said it would improve with a little care in the coming days. They briefly suggested how to do nasal irrigation and maintain hydration at home, which was helpful. After starting the medication, my child's runny nose and phlegm gradually decreased, and they seemed much more comfortable. Overall, it was a pediatric visit experience with low waiting stress and a sense of trust.
26.01.28 Cheomdan Hyundai Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic
I want to share my experience from a visit to an ENT because of a cold and body aches. At that time, my throat was scratchy, my nose was stuffed up, and my body ached so much that I couldn't just ignore it. So, I went to the clinic. I always feel tense when I go to the hospital, but I remember that I felt comfortable receiving treatment here. The doctor explained why I was experiencing my symptoms in a straightforward way instead of complicating things, which I appreciated. After a quick examination of my throat and nose, he said it seemed like I had both a cold and body aches. He prescribed some light medication and briefly went over when to take it and what to watch out for. When I got home, I took my medicine and got plenty of rest, and by the next day, my body aches had noticeably lessened. After a few days, my throat and nose felt much better too. I thought to myself that I might have suffered longer if I had waited, and this ENT clinic is a great place to go without worry when you're feeling symptoms of a cold in the neighborhood.
26.01.17 Olive Plastic Surgery Clinic

I’ve always been self-conscious about my nostrils spreading wide when I smile, and after much contemplation, I decided to visit Olive Plastic Surgery. I didn’t want to undergo a big surgery and preferred a simpler procedure to improve my image, and in the end, I’m extremely satisfied! 1. Attentive consultation and customized design During the consultation, the director closely checked my muscle movements. He didn’t just add a lot; he naturally corrected it according to the balance of my face, which made me trust him. 2. Procedure process and pain I was quite worried about the pain, but they did a thorough cooling anesthesia, so it was just a slight sting for a moment. The procedure time was also quick, around 5 minutes, so I highly recommend it to busy office workers or students. 3. Clear results About a week after the procedure, the strength of my nasal muscles definitely relaxed, and my appearance looks much slimmer and more refined. Friends have noticed something pretty about me, but they can't pinpoint exactly where it is; it’s the perfect natural 'I woke up like this' effect. Thank you to the staff at Olive Plastic Surgery for kindly attending to me without unnecessary over-treatment. If you have concerns about your nose, don't hesitate to get a consultation!
26.03.31 Yale Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic
I went to see the doctor because my nose was really stuffy, my throat was scratchy, and the pain just wouldn't go away. Especially at night, my nose would be so clogged that I couldn't sleep well, and every morning my throat was sore, making it really uncomfortable in my daily life. Maybe because it’s an ENT specialty hospital, the process from registration to examination went smoothly, and they quickly checked my symptoms. During the consultation, they directly showed me the condition of my nose and whether there was inflammation in my throat, which made it easy to understand. After a few days of taking the prescribed medication, my nasal congestion and throat pain noticeably improved, so I was satisfied with the treatment results. However, there were times when the waiting time was long because there were quite a few patients, and especially with many kids in the waiting room, it could feel a bit noisy. Since the consultation moved quickly, I felt like there wasn't enough explanation about the causes of my symptoms or how to manage them in daily life. If you don't ask questions, the consultation can end quite quickly, which might leave you feeling disappointed if you were hoping for a more thorough discussion. It's fine if you're looking for quick treatment focused on symptom improvement, but if you want detailed consultation, it might feel a bit lacking for an ENT clinic.
26.01.26 Kim Jong-hwa ENT Clinic
I felt a sense of stability typical of a clinic that has been established in the neighborhood for a long time. It gave me the impression that it is a place where I can quickly receive the necessary treatment without any unnecessary tension. The process after registration was smooth, so the wait didn’t feel long, and the way they conducted the examination in the treatment room was impressive as well. When I explained my symptoms, they promptly checked my ears, nose, and throat in order and pinpointed the cause without scaring me or exaggerating the explanations. They only prescribed the minimum necessary medication, which was not burdensome, and they briefly pointed out practical tips to be careful about in daily life. Overall, it felt like a place of familiarity and efficiency rather than extravagance, making me likely to think of this clinic whenever I need ENT treatment.
26.02.04 Refreshing Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic
I've been dealing with nasal congestion and a feeling of something stuck in my throat for a long time, and it's even accompanied by a stuffy sensation in my ears. It felt more than just simple cold symptoms; it seemed like I was overly sensitive due to nerves, so I wanted to get an accurate diagnosis. During the consultation, they checked the condition of my nose, throat, and ears one after the other, and I was told that my discomfort might be due to rhinitis and throat irritation causing my nerves to become more sensitive. They briefly showed me the current state of inflammation through an endoscopy, and suggested starting with medication to alleviate my symptoms. However, the consultation went relatively quickly, and explanations regarding the connection between nerve-related symptoms, stress, and lifestyle habits felt a bit short. They did answer my questions, but it wasn't really a detailed explanation at first. The hospital environment was clean, but there were many patients waiting, which made the wait time feel somewhat long. Overall, while it was fine for basic examinations and treatments, if you're hoping for thorough counseling, this visit might leave you wanting more.
26.01.15 Wonju Great Internal Medicine Clinic
A few days ago, my throat started feeling scratchy, and suddenly I was hit with a high fever nearing 39 degrees and a muscle ache that felt like I had been beaten all over. I had a feeling it wasn’t just a simple cold, so I went straight to the local internal medicine clinic. As soon as I arrived and explained my symptoms to the doctor, they immediately conducted a flu test. The test, which involved inserting a long swab deep into my nose, was still an uncomfortable pain to get used to, but the results came back quickly, confirming 'Type A flu' in just 15 minutes. The doctor kindly explained that the flu is spreading these days and that my symptoms were typical. They recommended IV therapy for a speedy recovery. I lay on a warm IV bed for about 30 minutes while getting the infusion, and interestingly, by the time I was leaving the clinic, the throbbing in my head felt significantly reduced. I picked up the prescribed fever reducer and cough medicine and rested at home for about two days. I really think that visiting the clinic early helped to shorten my suffering period. I appreciated the thorough care I received.
26.04.09 Plus ENT Clinic
Since last week, I have been suffering from stuffy nose and itchy throat, so I visited a nearby Plus ENT clinic without an appointment. It was around 3 PM on a weekday, and since I registered in advance, the wait was less than 10 minutes before I was called in. (There were many reviews praising the registration and appointment system, and it turned out to be true.) As soon as the doctor heard my symptoms, he checked my nose thoroughly with a nasal endoscope. He diagnosed me with "chronic rhinitis mixed with allergic factors" and explained the level of inflammation with photos, which helped me understand. When I went to another hospital before, I just received a prescription and that was it. But here, they explained step by step why these symptoms occur, which made me trust them. The prescription included an antihistamine, a nasal spray, and an anti-inflammatory medication. The doctor also provided detailed instructions on possible side effects. The nurses were kind too; when I was getting an injection, they said, "Breathe slowly~" to help me feel more comfortable. It didn't even take 5 minutes to get my medication filled at the pharmacy after the consultation. Overall, the wait time was short, and the explanations were detailed.
26.02.26 Kim Bo-hyung ENT Clinic

I visited due to severe sore throat and fever symptoms. There were many patients waiting, so I was exhausted after waiting for almost an hour and a half, but Dr. Kim Bohyung carefully checked my throat. He explained the detailed condition while showing me the throat images on the monitor and applied antiseptic. When I mentioned that I had been taking Tylenol at home, he said that while it’s commonly accepted, it’s better to get an accurate assessment of specific areas at the hospital instead of just relying on painkillers, and he communicated this clearly and concisely, which built my trust in him. After finishing up with some steam inhalation, I went to get my prescription. I understood why there were so many patients and such a long wait. Thanks to Dr. Kim, the pain in speaking reduced over the next two days. Thank you, Doctor!
26.02.24 O Dermatology Clinic

I originally had a bit of rhinitis, but recently it got worse with constant runny nose and even a cough, making daily life quite uncomfortable, so I sought a consultation. The doctor took care of me, and since it’s a dermatology clinic that also treats allergies and rhinitis, it felt like a fresh approach. They looked into my symptoms, the timing of their onset, seasonal changes, and even my skin condition, which really helped me understand my overall allergic reactions. After the consultation, I received treatment combining nose mucosa soothing laser therapy with antihistamines and cough relief medication. The laser treatment was quick, and it felt like a gentle warmth with almost no tingling, so it was easy to handle. Right after the treatment, I was able to resume my daily activities, and true to being a dermatology clinic, they maintained neat pre- and post-care and hygiene, which gave me trust in them. Also, they didn’t just prescribe medication; they explained the connection between worsening rhinitis, skin, and immune responses, which certainly set them apart from other clinics. After 2 to 3 days post-treatment, my runny nose and cough noticeably reduced, and after about a week, I hardly woke up at night due to coughing. The waiting time wasn't long, and their explanations were thorough, so overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

<Gastroenterology Dr. Kim Won's consultation> To get straight to the point, it was the worst experience. I went to an orthopedic doctor due to swollen hands and tingling, and after blood tests, they suggested I see an internal medicine doctor because my liver enzymes and electrolyte levels were off, but it's not rheumatoid arthritis. A few years ago, my liver enzymes were high, and I saw another doctor who only did blood tests and sent me back with no special recommendations, so I went back again when the levels hadn’t improved after several years. I arrived early for my appointment, and luckily there were no other patients, so I was brought in right away. However, once I sat in the consultation room, the doctor didn’t say a word for three minutes, just typing on his keyboard. When I pointed out that he was looking at the wrong patient record, he finally checked my file but then asked why I came to him after seeing another doctor years ago, implying he didn’t want to deal with me. That visit wasn’t very satisfying, so I just gave a brief answer due to time constraints, mentioning my persistent high liver enzymes, wrist pain, and tingling hands. He cut me off, saying my hands had nothing to do with the liver, and insisted I should just have an ultrasound and blood test without listening further, dismissing my symptoms as irrelevant. It seemed like he only cared about raising his fees, ignoring the patient’s opinions and symptoms. If he had at least listened and considered running some tests, it could have been a different situation. When I pointed out that my liver enzymes were similar to before and questioned the need for more tests, he rudely said, 'This is your first time with me, so you can’t say that,' as if I was the one being unreasonable. I know how difficult it is to deal with people. Especially interacting with patients should be more challenging, yet this doctor showed a basic lack of respect for human beings. From the moment I entered the consultation room, there was no greeting. If he needed to look at my medical records, he could have at least said, 'Please wait a moment.' Three minutes of silence is not trivial. He was looking at someone else's chart, unprepared, and importantly, he didn’t seem to care about what I had to say, even with no other patients waiting. I can understand why there aren’t any patients. A doctor is someone who treats people. A doctor's words can heal a patient’s emotional wounds or, conversely, deepen them. I hope that moving forward, he listens to his patients and develops more empathy to become a good doctor.
