One week post-surgery The pain felt like muscle soreness? It wasn't severe enough to prevent me from doing daily activities. The swelling and bruising have come down to my thighs. I noticed some tightness in my lower abdomen, which they call 'bloat.' This won't go away immediately, so I plan to keep receiving aftercare and do some stretching as well! ☆ Benefits The waistline is defined! And it feels like I'm wearing a different fit in the same pants. Haha. The pants I used to wear have become very loose, so I’m currently shopping for new, form-fitting clothes. Now that I have no restrictions on what to wear, I want to try on clothes I hadn't worn before. I think I understand why everyone gets abdominal liposuction! Haha.

It's day 2 after my surgery! I really acknowledge this place as the best for bone and arm procedures, and the consultant who advised me was incredibly kind and thorough in their counseling. Out of all the consultations I've had at hospitals, this was the best. I was quite scared on the day of the surgery, but the doctor comforted me well. When I woke up after sleeping well, all that excess fat had completely disappeared. Hahaha, I thought there would be some swelling, but there was hardly any, and the fat vanished in just a couple of hours. I guess this is why people undergo liposuction!
