As I gained weight, I found myself only looking for loose and comfortable clothes. After failing at dieting, I decided to go for abdominal liposuction to definitely remove my belly fat. One week post-surgery The pain felt like muscle soreness? It wasn't severe enough to prevent me from doing daily activities. The swelling and bruising have come down to my thighs. I heard that drinking a lot of water helps with blood circulation and reduces swelling, so I've been drinking frequently. The downside is... I have to take off the compression garment every time I go to the bathroom. If I wear a dress outside, you can't tell that I'm wearing the compression garment underneath! Haha. Week two Now that it's the second week, the bruise has changed from purple to yellow, and I've started exercising while following a diet! I noticed some tightness in my lower abdomen, which they call 'bloat.' This won't go away immediately, so I plan to keep receiving aftercare and do some stretching as well! ☆ Benefits The waistline is defined! And it feels like I'm wearing a different fit in the same pants. Haha. The pants I used to wear have become very loose, so I’m currently shopping for new, form-fitting clothes. Now that I have no restrictions on what to wear, I want to try on clothes I hadn't worn before. I think I understand why everyone gets abdominal liposuction! Haha.

This is my first experience with plastic surgery, and I had never even had double eyelid surgery before, so I really had a lot of concerns and fears. I had been stressed about having a short jawline that barely defined the boundary between my face and jaw, so I decided to undergo liposuction on June 9, along with double chin liposuction, tightening, and neck surgery. It's been about a month, and I am extremely satisfied with the visible jawline. The pain has almost completely subsided, and while my muscles are still a bit tense, I am doing my best to alleviate it with warm compresses. I had undergone many procedures like Inmode and Botox due to my jawline, but those only provided temporary effects without actually removing fat, so it seems there was no fundamental solution. If you're considering Inmode, I highly recommend liposuction!

I feel that I've built sufficient trust in the hospital. The problem is that I had the cheekbone surgery more than 10 years ago when I really didn't know what I was doing. Now that I'm older, I was worried that my recovery wouldn't be as quick as before after the revision surgery. I was especially scared of the loss of skin elasticity. I was worried about my face sagging. The director did explain ways to minimize sagging, but my own anxiety was not easily resolved. I also felt a significant burden about having to go through the recovery period again and wondered if revision surgery is truly the best option. Anyway, the consultation was good, but ultimately the significant decision of surgery is mine to make... For the time being, I plan to think it over more carefully.
