It's a very popular clinic, so appointments are necessary. After getting the CT scan and consultation, I scheduled my surgery for two days later. The surgery room, lobby, and recovery room were all in good condition and very clean, which was nice.

This is the cleanest and most pleasant ENT clinic in Jongno! I came to Coco ENT after shopping at Costco because I wasn't recovering well from my cold. First of all, everyone was very kind, and the hospital was very busy, which meant there was a wait. Recently, they wouldn't see first-time patients without an ID, but instead of insisting on bringing an ID, they kindly let me know that I could use the health insurance app, so I could be seen. The doctor who treated me was extremely kind and explained where I was feeling pain and what was going on. I even learned that the bronchial tubes should normally be translucent! Haha. They did a great job with the injections and, despite occasionally not finding the vein, they were able to get me on the first try; I received one nutritional injection, and it really improved my energy. In the middle of my appointment, I had a cough, and they brought me water. Everything was super clean.
