As soon as I arrive, they do a urine flow test and check my current symptoms. I'm not really into self-treatment, so I always make sure to do the physical therapy available at the clinic. The biofeedback machine helps me get my Kegel exercises right. Then, I sit on the magnetic therapy device for about 10 minutes. It feels nice to have some stimulation on the bladder muscles!
