Dr. Choi Byung-yun personally treated me and, even though it was the holiday season, he was very kind and thorough in his examination. He explained my current condition in detail while showing me photos of my ears, and he also went over the treatment process going forward. He kindly explained the precautions and care methods, which made me feel more trust in this place compared to other hospitals. I am also very grateful that I received treatment during the holiday season. Following the precautions advised by the doctor, I managed my condition well. Even after receiving long-term treatment at other hospitals, there wasn't much improvement; however, after just one consultation here, I can definitely feel a difference. Previously, my ears were so itchy that it was hard to bear, but now the symptoms seem to have improved a lot. I will continue to trust and receive treatment until I am fully healed.
