I made a reservation for a check-up for my toddler and came in. I was going to go to Ajou University for a growth check-up, but I heard that the director used to work as an associate professor there, so I thought it wouldn't be necessary to wait and go all the way to Ajou. However, here too, my appointment was over 30 minutes delayed. Usually, pediatric clinics prioritize scheduled appointments over walk-ins, but here you just have to wait like at a university hospital. After the consultation, there's a separate staff member who helps you schedule your next appointment. All the staff are very friendly. The nurse who took my blood was especially nice. The director is also kind and explains everything well.
