I received lip fillers from Dr. Choi Yong-seong at Richam Plastic Surgery! My lips already had some volume, but the corners were drooping and there was some asymmetry. About five years ago, I received fillers at a factory-like place where I thought more was better, but over time, I ended up not liking it at all and felt the asymmetry was getting worse. So, when I went for a consultation this time, I planned to communicate more carefully, but the doctor caught on to things I hadn't even mentioned, which I appreciated. I had local anesthesia through injections, and since the cream takes a long time to apply, it can be quite time-consuming. However, the thorough local anesthesia made it much faster, and I didn’t feel any pain at all. The doctor suggested that instead of overfilling, it would be better to enhance the clarity of the upper lip line and lengthen the horizontal measurement slightly to correct the asymmetry. They created a plan that was not excessive, and I’m so satisfied with the results...!!! There is still a bit of bruising, but in my experience, bruises fade quickly. I can't wait to wear lipstick... lips should be done individually, not factory-style, otherwise you will regret it like I did. Dr. Choi’s lip fillers are the best... I need to get my forehead fillers done soon as well.

Before the procedure, they thoroughly explained the different types of fillers, how long they last, and the precautions I should take. After applying a numbing cream to my lips, we got started. Once the numbing kicked in, I realized the pain wasn’t as bad as I expected, and I only felt a slight pressure during the injections. They frequently showed me the mirror to check the shape and ensure both sides were balanced, which was reassuring, and I felt they were being very meticulous in their design. Right after the treatment, there was some mild swelling and tightness, but it didn’t significantly interfere with my daily activities. Over time, it settled into a more natural look. Initially, the volume felt a bit too much, but after a few days, it softened and became closer to what I wanted. My lip line became more defined, and overall, my face looked more polished, which made me very satisfied. After the procedure, they advised me to avoid spicy foods and strong pressure, and they gave detailed care instructions which were really helpful. I came here on a friend's recommendation, and I felt confident with how organized everything was, from the consultation to the treatment and the aftercare guidance.

I was surprised to see that Dr. Jo was back, and after reading the detailed reviews, I realized that he was well-known for fillers. I made a reservation through Naver for the earliest date possible. (It's so convenient to book through Naver compared to calling to schedule.) The clinic was located in a department store (on the 4th floor of a hotel building), so parking was super easy. They even informed us which gate to enter and where to park, which was really helpful. The clinic looked small from the outside, but it was spacious inside, and the view was nice too. The most important part was the procedure... When Dr. Jo came in to do the treatment, he was very handsome, and he meticulously administered the fillers and Botox. Botox treatments can often be rushed at other places, but here, Dr. Jo explained where he would inject and how many, which was really thoughtful. I'm very satisfied with the filler as well. After the procedure, I felt absolutely perfect and had nothing to worry about. (At another place, my previous filler was so asymmetrical that I had to do a lot of correction at home, but here it's like heaven...) Unless a natural disaster occurs, I’m sticking with this clinic. I bet he does great on other treatments too.
