I fell and hurt both my knees. 😢 Both are bruised and I have some wounds, but I've been experiencing ongoing pain, so I decided to visit an orthopedic clinic. I did some research and went there. It's less than a 5-minute walk from Gulpo Cheon Station. It's located on the 4th floor and there were a lot of patients waiting. I heard that's usually the case. But thankfully, I was seen quickly, and after a consultation, I had an X-ray done and saw the doctor again. The registration process was smooth and quick thanks to the 3 staff members at the desk. The doctor was young and very kind. There are several treatment rooms and even a paraffin treatment room. There were a surprising number of treatment rooms tucked away inside. They also offer physical therapy. Fortunately, since it was my first visit, the wait wasn't long, and I was able to see the doctor right away.

I usually have cramps in my legs, so walking is uncomfortable, which is why I visited. It's quite famous around Gulpocheon and the treatment is good, but be prepared to wait. After seeing the doctor and having an X-ray taken, I went to the physical therapy room and received two sessions of physical therapy. The therapists there are super friendly as well. Since I started visiting multiple times a week for my treatments and physical therapy, the pain has disappeared and my walking has improved. From now on, I plan to only visit here in Gulpocheon. The hospital's facilities are spacious and clean, and they also offer manual therapy, so give it a try. There are three doctors, and they provide excellent care. The location is convenient and transportation is easy. I think I'll need to go back for physical therapy when I feel stiff.
