Euljiro Orthopedic Clinic in Jung-gu, the wait for the X-ray was long.[2]
I stopped by because it is near my office. I visited during lunchtime, and perhaps because there were three medical staff members, I was able to see a doctor right away without much of a wait. I have a wrist sprain, and the doctor was very kind during the consultation. However, it was a bit disappointing that I had to get an X-ray for verification and procedure, even though it clearly didn't look like a bone injury to me. The wait for the X-ray was quite long, which was tiring. Perhaps because there was only one person working at the time, I waited a whopping 15 minutes. As a result, I didn't have time for physical therapy, so I have decided to hold off on a return visit. Aside from that, the doctors provide thorough treatment, but it does feel a bit like a factory-style clinic.

I think I overdid it with some exercises I don't normally do at the gym, but one of my arms and shoulders started hurting from a certain movement. After several tests and a thorough medical history at a hospital near my home, I was diagnosed with calcific tendonitis. However, they told me it wasn't at the stage where I needed a procedure or injection, so I should receive daily physical therapy. However, as a working person, I couldn't get treatment near my home on weekdays, so I started looking for a hospital near my workplace. A coworker recommended [Eulji Barun Clinic], located near Euljiro 3-ga Station. At my first appointment, I told him I had been tested near my home and was diagnosed with calcific shoulder. He didn't perform any additional tests, just checked my movements and started physical therapy right away. Since I'd already been tested at another hospital, I was worried about being double-checked, but he just let me do it. The director suggested I just try exercise and physical therapy. These days, orthopedic clinics often over-treat with manual therapy, but the director of this hospital kindly taught me how to power walk, telling me to do it for at least 45 minutes every day. If it didn't improve, he suggested I get a shot. So, I'm still power walking, swinging my arms vigorously. If your workplace is nearby, I recommend Eulji Barun Clinic~^^
