I went there because of the flu, and the IV room was really clean and well-maintained, plus the doctor was extremely kind. The nurses at the counter seemed a bit sharp when checking symptoms beforehand, but other than that, the hospital is spacious and comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long for the treatment, which I really appreciated. The best part is how they clear your nose so effectively; I left feeling so refreshed like I could actually breathe again. The medicine they prescribe isn't excessive and seems to be just right. There’s also a parking lot, so it’s easy to visit regardless of the weather. The doctor in the second examination room is great too. Whenever I catch the flu or a cold, I always come here without fail. If my kids catch a cold, I definitely bring them here too; they take good care of us.

The doctor really takes great care during the exam. Every time I go, I feel like the doctor always examines me with a smile and puts in a lot of effort.

The hospital facility is clean, and the nurses are really friendly! The doctor examines everything thoroughly; I went in for a sore throat, but he also checked my nose and ears. He also prescribed extra medication since I can’t come often, which is great! The whole building is mostly a hospital, so there are a lot of visitors. There is someone to assist with parking, but the parking lot is small, making it really hard to park. Because of the cars waiting to park, the entrance is too narrow to get through easily. It's better to just walk.

This is the hospital I always go to whenever I or my child catch a cold. First of all, they have a parking lot, so it's convenient to visit regardless of the weather, and the hospital is very clean. There are plenty of seats in the waiting area, so even during cold seasons, it's not a problem. The doctors are very friendly and the wait time isn't too long, and they don't rush through the consultations either. They listen to your symptoms well and provide effective treatments. The medication works well for both me and my child. I prefer this place over pediatric clinics because they also do nasal suction and the medications are effective for my child's cold. They don't prescribe a three-day supply; if needed, they give a five-day prescription. They also provide injections when necessary. After moving to this neighborhood, I tried three different ENT clinics, but I've settled on this one.

If you go on a weekend, you need to arrive by 8:40 to find parking easily. If you come right on time, the lot might be full. A lot of people arrive early, so by the time it hits 9:00, there’s already a wait of about ten. Usually, it’s not like this, but with so many people waiting, the doctor seems a bit rushed. This hospital is clean, the pharmacy and layout are great, the doctors are nice, everything is good, but when you register, the nurses loudly ask what’s wrong and if you’re on any medications. With so many people waiting, everyone can hear each person being called up to share their issues. You end up knowing who came in for what and what health problems they have. While I think the shorter consultation time is good, is there another way to handle this??? Maybe it would be better to write it down.

The clinic is clean and spacious, which is nice. It seems like there are always a lot of patients, but the wait time isn't too long. The doctor doesn't spend a lot of time during the consultations. The nurses ask various questions in the waiting room, so be prepared mentally. They open at 8:40 AM, so if you arrive too early, you'll have to wait. The doctor is kind, but the nurses vary in their personalities. I had a good consultation today as well.

The weather has gotten chilly, and I came in with a runny nose, but they provided thorough and careful treatment.
