I recently had a flat wart on my hand that suddenly grew, so I went to see a dermatologist. I had a procedure where they burned off the wart with a laser. They applied a numbing cream, but it hurt a lot more than I expected. I wish there had been more detailed information before the procedure. It would be nice if they could provide more comprehensive explanations and consult from the patient's perspective. Today marks the fifth day, and I'm starting to feel an itch as the scab is forming. It's uncomfortable to manage my daily life while avoiding water and sunlight.
