I've started going back to the dermatologist now that it's fall.
I love that this dermatology clinic is open on Sundays! The operating hours are flexible enough that I can sometimes drop by even after working late on weekdays, so I visit often haha.
I often visit the dermatology clinic due to allergies, and both the staff and the doctors make it a place that makes you want to come back.
Usually dermatology clinics aren't very friendly, but this one is nice and does a pretty good job.
I had a regular dermatologist but saw no results, so I tried this place. The friendly medical staff and noticeable results make me think I'll be coming here often.

I made a reservation through the app and visited. It was so convenient to be able to receive treatment without waiting, and the clinic itself was clean and hygienic. All the doctors were kind, so I received the treatment I wanted comfortably and went home! The event items and prices are communicated well every week through Kakao notifications, which makes me want to visit more frequently! I plan to continue using Maypure for my dermatological needs; I have a 200% intention to return~~ I think it would be good to visit for a consultation and decide the treatment on the first visit as well. I found out about the <<MayPure Clinic>> chain while researching dermatology clinics that are easily accessible and comfortable to visit. There are many locations, so it’s great that I can visit different ones depending on where I am! I visited the Mokdong location for the first time, and both the doctor and the nurses were friendly and created a comfortable atmosphere. Each location has its own 'events' at different times, so I decided to visit the Yeongdeungpo branch while I was running errands there! Unlike the exterior, the interior was cozy, and the reception nurses were very helpful and kind. The posters and quotes on the walls added to the feeling of trust in the treatment. If you suddenly have skin issues, try visiting the nearest location!
I suddenly had inflammatory acne on my jaw and cheeks, so I got anti-inflammatory injections from the dermatology clinic. It was so painful that even touching it hurt, but the injections were done faster than I expected, and the pain was just a little sting. Right after the injections, it appeared a bit red and swollen, but after a few hours, it calmed down. What I was most satisfied with was that starting the next day, I could visibly see the inflammation reducing; the pain when touched was nearly gone, and the size decreased quickly. The doctor was kind and did a great job, so I frequently visit this place. I plan to visit again after a week. After making a reservation, I went right in for the injections, and all the nurses were kind.
I haven't been to a lot of dermatology clinics, and this was my first time getting Botox. I arrived much earlier than my appointment time, so I had to wait from the start for the consultation, which took a bit of time. The consultant was friendly and approachable, which was nice. It was a Saturday during an event period, so there were many people. However, there was only one doctor, so the wait was longer. I had to wait an hour with the anesthesia cream on. Because of the anesthesia cream, I couldn’t feel much during the Pico Toning, but I felt a little sensation around the eyes with the Vitara and it was somewhat painful with Meladus, almost like a burning feeling during the injection. The Botox also had some stinging. I appreciated being able to wash my face myself, and the clinic inside is okay, but the restroom feels a bit old.
It was my first visit to this branch, and I was able to receive treatment without any waiting time. The staff were very kind and did the Aqua Peel thoroughly. The doctor asked about the intensity and did the treatment carefully, which made me satisfied. I had it done last night, and today there’s no redness! The redness after the Pico Fraxel faded in less than a day, which is great! haha (The photo is immediately after the procedure). I plan to come back in February before class starts, and I think I’ll come to this branch again. The treatment price is affordable, especially this time I got it at a cheaper rate because of the first visit event, and they really did each step meticulously, so I’m very satisfied! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to switch dermatologists! :)
For a few days, I had a hard, painful nodular acne breakout on my jaw, so I finally decided to go to the clinic and got the anti-inflammatory injection. To sum it up, it was so much better than suffering through the pain of trying to pop it myself! 1. Treatment process and pain: The doctor checked the inflamed area and gave me the injection with a very thin needle, which felt more like a little prick. The pain was tolerable even for someone who tends to exaggerate about pain like me. The treatment probably took less than a minute. 2. Effect (Before & After): At first, I thought there wasn’t much difference by that evening, but by the next morning, the swelling had noticeably reduced. After about two days, the pain completely disappeared, and only a little redness remained. I feel satisfied as I have less concern about scarring compared to forcing it with my hands. 3. Points to note & tips: I was informed that the injection site could temporarily bruise, but thankfully I didn’t experience that. The cost of around 10,000 won is quite affordable, so it offers excellent value for money. I recommend that everyone stressed by acne like mine that won't pop should definitely go to the clinic!
Every time I go, I feel that the staff are very kind. It seems like in many plastic or dermatology clinics, people are treated more like customers than patients, possibly because many come just for procedures. However, here, those at the front are kind even when answering calls, and they do a great job responding to inquiries when you visit. The last time I went, unfortunately, it was during a bustling after-work period around 6:30 PM, and there were so many people that I had to cancel and visited today at 11:30 instead. I went right in without waiting today, and once again, the staff were kind and answered my questions well, and the doctor who administered the Botox did a great job. I want to get hair removal or other treatments as well, so I plan to visit for a consultation when I find the time—I recommend it. The area treated has no injection marks and looks clean. It wasn’t painful! The location of the clinic is a bit awkward, but it’s clean and comfortable, which I like.
Every time I go to Blivvy, no matter which location, there are so many people and the wait times are really long, which is exhausting. I've visited the Gangnam, Yeongdeungpo, Guro, and Cheolsan locations. It's already a factory-type setup, but with so many people, it feels really crowded, and the service and skills are just a bit disappointing compared to other factory-type places. So unless I absolutely need to get a procedure done urgently and this is the only place that has an appointment available, or if there's a specific event treatment I want to try here, I don't really go there often. That's why I've never bothered to earn credit points there (unlike other clinics where I usually keep credit topped up). I've gotten the Shrink treatment at various places, but the effect from Blivvy seems to be the weakest, so I hadn't gone back since my visit to the Gangnam location. However, there were situations where I had to get a treatment urgently, so I went, and once again the Shrink effect was the weakest at Blivvy. I typically only go for special promotions like the 9,000 won Inmode treatment or 1,000 won brow botox. For regular treatments, I don’t often go. In Gudi, there are several dermatology clinics, so I have plenty of alternatives. Anyway, the location of the building isn't bad and it's close to my workplace, so I want to go more often, but the wait times are just too long, and I feel like my time gets wasted when I go.
