The reason to go to Aran Tae Ob/Gyn in Yeongdeungpo is that they provide good treatments and it's a comfortable hospital for giving birth.

I received treatment at an obstetrics clinic I recently visited and was generally satisfied. The building is old but very large, and the clinic is on the 11th floor. The doctor provided a detailed explanation of my current condition, and not only about disease treatment but also about its relevance to pregnancy, which was very helpful. However, some of the medical terms were a bit difficult to understand, so it took me a little while to fully grasp everything. They answered my questions thoughtfully, which built my trust, and I was able to get treated in a calm and stable atmosphere overall. I was glad that I could continue the consultation without feeling pressured, and I intend to return for a follow-up ultrasound in three months.

I visited because it's a place that can refer prenatal testing to the health center. The care was overall friendly and systematic, so even though it was my first visit, I felt comfortable. There was a bit of a wait, but while the explanations were detailed, there were some complex medical terms I didn't fully understand. I had to look up cysts and fibroids myself. While it was indeed possible to claim back expenses later, it would’ve been great if they explained each additional test we were considering individually. Since my costs were high, I asked them to skip any tests that weren’t immediately necessary. The facilities were clean, and the staff was friendly, so I’m open to revisiting. I think I’ll come back for a follow-up ultrasound.

I suspected a yeast infection and visited. I always make an appointment but often have to wait quite a while beyond my scheduled time. There are two doctors, but patients are assigned based on the doctor's schedule for the day. The doctors tend to explain things thoroughly. I had to get blood drawn at this clinic before, but I was surprised to see a nurse handling a syringe and patient with long, nail-arted fingernails. During the blood draw, the nurse dropped the syringe and the stainless steel container with the alcohol swabs, causing a mess. The syringe came out of my arm, and blood was flowing everywhere; it was quite a disaster.

I was quite nervous since it was an OB-GYN visit, but from registration to the examination, they guided me very kindly, allowing me to feel comfortable during the visit. Even during the waiting time, the staff calmly explained the examination process, which eased my anxiety. The doctor also provided detailed explanations about my symptoms and treatment options, which made me trust them. The examination was carried out meticulously, minimizing any discomfort, and they answered all my questions sincerely, which boosted my satisfaction. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, which was impressive. Overall, I felt it was a trustworthy obstetrics clinic, and I would like to return here when I need further treatment.

I made an appointment for vulvitis symptoms and ended up waiting for over 40 minutes. The consultation itself was okay, but waiting this long is really exhausting. I can't help but think that the only doctor working here is overbooking too much. Every time I come, I end up waiting, and this time, even with an appointment, I waited over 40 minutes past the scheduled time. If I had at least been informed about the expected wait time, it might have helped a bit, but consistently being late for appointments seems rude to all patients. Once the consultation actually started, it was over in less than 10 minutes, which just made me feel like I wasted my time.

I went with high expectations because of all the reviews. The hospital facilities are clean, and there are two doctors. Since it was a rainy Friday, there was a bit of a wait. I had filled out the form for my desired examination ahead of time and had a consultation. The staff explained various things, and after going in, I received my check-up. I changed clothes, and they provided explanations throughout, but I ended up waiting quite a while. If you have a lot of time, you might want to go. There were so many people since it was late on a Friday, and after my consultation, the pharmacy in the building closed, so I couldn’t get my medication that day. I visited a nearby clinic but they didn’t have the medication either, which was frustrating. Anyway, I ended up taking a similar medication instead. If you have plenty of time, feel free to go.

I visited because I was experiencing abnormal bleeding and my menstrual cycle had gotten really short. I had an ultrasound, an HPV test, and blood tests done, and it all came out to about 180,000 won. Including the cost of the medication (birth control pills), it was around 200,000 won.

I had a cervical cancer exam, HPV test, and SDT test with Dr. Im Yoo-jin. It was the most satisfying experience I've had at a hospital recently. First of all, the inside of the hospital is very clean and well-maintained, so I felt very comfortable and at ease while waiting. Above all, the staff and nurses are really kind. They greeted me with smiles from registration to guidance, which eased my nervousness, and they explained everything in detail, which was very helpful. The doctor also examined me thoroughly without any unnecessary procedures, which made me trust her. It was nice to visit without feeling burdened by seeing a female doctor, but it seems like you have to wait at least 10 minutes to take the elevator.

I came here for a prenatal checkup through a national pregnancy health support program. I applied at the e-health center, got my documents, and made a reservation, but I ended up going in a little late. The counter staff were just mechanical in their responses. I was the first one there, but I didn't realize it was a pad check-in system, so the person who came in after me got checked in first, which was really frustrating. The dressing room was extremely cramped. The female doctor was reasonably friendly. I only intended to have a prenatal checkup, but since it seemed like I had a small cyst in my uterus, I ended up doing a blood test as well, and it cost 156,000 won. Out of that, 10,000 won was for non-covered disinfection costs, which seems to be for some liquid they squirt after the ultrasound. They asked for my consent before the treatment and although I wasn't exactly sure what kind of disinfection it was, I thought, well, if I'm paying 10,000 won, they'll probably do a thorough job, so I just went with it. But looking back, I wonder if it was really necessary...? I chose this clinic primarily for its convenience due to its location near public transport, but I probably won't come back for my next appointment.

It can be a bit crowded, so there might be some wait time. The clinic is on the 11th floor, so it does take a while to wait for the elevator... Aside from those downsides, everything else is great. The entrance to the clinic and the interior are all kept in white tones, making it clean, pleasant, and spacious, which feels good. It was nice that all the nurses and doctors were female, so I felt comfortable during the consultations. I visited due to inflammation, and they even checked the tests covered by the government that I didn’t do, which was really satisfying. Although it wasn't my nearest clinic and I just stopped by since I was in the area, I hope there’s a similar obstetrics clinic near where I live.

I visited Yeongdeungpo Apple Obstetrics and Gynecology. I went last November because I hadn’t had my period, and the doctor suggested doing an ultrasound and blood tests. It turned out from the blood test that I was deficient in Vitamin D. While it might not be the cause of my missed period, it was an unexpected result that surprised me. The doctor said that since my Vitamin D levels were continuously dropping, it would be best to get a shot every three months. I almost forgot, but then I remembered after receiving a text at the end of February, so I went back today. The doctor recommended that I take inositol for menstrual irregularities! I’m not sure if it's sold in stores since it’s a product from the clinic, but since it was recommended by the doctor, I think it's worth buying.

I came to participate in the prenatal screening support program! I visited because the reviews were very kind and positive, and it was even better than I expected. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the wait wasn't long at all. I really appreciated how thoroughly they explained the test results in a way I could understand. Usually, other hospitals just use jargon that patients can’t make sense of and treat it very formally, but that wasn’t the case here! The way to get there is a bit complicated since you have to go up to the floor where the hospital is located, but once you're up there, the hospital is easy to find at the entrance! I think I’ll visit again later when I'm preparing for pregnancy or once I’m pregnant because I want to hear the doctor’s explanations.

Also, it's close to the subway and located in a place with good public transport, which I think is great! Above all, I was surprised that the nurses conducted the initial consultation; I think that's a good approach! And the doctor was exceptionally kind. I was shocked to find out I had polycystic ovary syndrome due to weight gain, but I really appreciated the doctor suggesting that we manage it together. 🫶🏻🫶🏻 Also, it can be hard to understand medical jargon when you go to the hospital, and I always look things up at home, but they explained everything while I took notes, which helped me understand better and feel more informed about my body.
