He asked thorough questions about when the pain started and my living conditions, which made me trust him. He suggested shockwave therapy, and while there was some momentary pain, he kept adjusting the intensity and position to minimize discomfort. I’m quite scared, so I didn’t go for any procedures, but even just with shockwave therapy and physical therapy, I felt much better. After the treatment, he gave me tips on stretching and how to manage symptoms to prevent them from coming back, which was really helpful. I also received information about future manual therapy and I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Overall, it was a systematic and friendly experience.

They combine physical therapy and manual therapy, and just a short while ago, walking was very difficult for me, but now the pain has eased, and I can walk more easily. When you’re in pain, don’t hold back—make sure to seek treatment. For those living in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, there’s no excessive treatment, and you can benefit from the treatment while covered by your insurance. I’m also getting treatment through my insurance. I need to keep this up regularly... I'm planning to go whenever I can find the time. And all the staff in the physical therapy room here are very friendly.
