I lie on the bed with my calves on display, and they laser the front, then I turn over, and they laser the back of my calves. There's a cold breeze that lessens the pain, but honestly, even without that, it feels significantly milder compared to older lasers. I'm not sure if the lack of sharpness is a good thing or if it means the treatment is less effective. I think it would be good to discuss the intensity adjustment at the beginning. The doctor who performs the treatment isn't fixed; it changes every time. Sometimes the same doctor comes in, and sometimes a different one does, so I understand that there isn’t a designated doctor, and both male and female doctors come in.
