The staff at the desk are friendly, and the procedures are done quickly in a factory-like manner, so the waiting times aren't too long. However, it was a downside that both men and women received treatments on the same floor, but it seems like they've improved this. Also, the limited number of machines made weekend reservations tough for a while, but since last year they've increased the number of machines, which makes booking easier now.

Parking is convenient and nice, and the staff is friendly. It's close to home too. I received a combination of Shrink, Pico hair removal, upper lip hair removal, and underarm hair removal here, and they were very thorough.
