Whenever I catch a cold, my throat always gets swollen, so I only go to the ENT!

This is the place I go every time I visit the ENT. Everyone is so friendly.

They are kind and take good care of you. The wait can be more than an hour in the morning. The equipment is more specialized than other ENT clinics.

I stopped my internal medicine medications and got a referral to an ENT. The medicine is working well! I thought I could only go to internal medicine for a cold, but they provided great care and my coughing has really decreased! ~^^

After thoroughly examining my throat, the doctor explained that dryness and mild inflammation could be the cause and also mentioned that I had a little post-nasal drip. Along with a prescription, he gave me practical advice on drinking water often, managing indoor humidity, and avoiding spicy foods—things I could easily implement in my daily life. The nurses were also very kind in their guidance, so even though it was my first visit, the atmosphere was comfortable. It wasn't a major issue, but getting checked out eased my mind, and I felt that this ENT clinic would be a good place to visit without hesitation if I had discomfort in my throat or nose.

I ended up here by chance while searching for help with a terrible cold, and I want to leave a review about the friendly nurses and especially the thorough and precise doctor. I haven't had such a satisfying ENT experience before, and I hope this place stays around for a long time. Highly recommended!
