It took a total of three and a half hours, which is a relief. I recommend it. I can go back in two weeks to get the stitches out. I recommend it.

After three years of regular check-ups and scaling, the gap on the bottom left side of my implant has widened, and I've been told that food often gets stuck there. The doctor explained that the implant is still in place, but my natural teeth are shifting inward, causing the gap to grow. He mentioned that it's alright for now, but he will adjust the implant next year to eliminate the gap, which I appreciated. I assumed that once I got an implant, I was done, but apparently, that's not the case. It's important to maintain it, and I realize I haven’t been brushing as diligently as I should. Sigh... The cost for each implant is 1,200,000 won, and since I need two, that comes to 2,400,000 won. Due to the condition of my gums, they also need to place a connecting tooth, so the total estimate came to 3,600,000 won. The cost is a bit overwhelming, and I'm really considering my options. The female doctor was kind, and I felt that she was very skilled and in her 40s. The nurses were very friendly and nice. I need to seriously compare this clinic with others before deciding on the implants; the facilities here are excellent.

I'm currently undergoing implant surgery at Seoul Shinsegae Dental Clinic. Dr. Jong-Min Lee is in charge of my case. Last week, I had three molars extracted from the upper and lower right side, and four front teeth on the bottom. They placed three screws at the same time as the extractions. We did it under local anesthesia, but it still hurt a bit. For the front teeth, we needed to add a bit more anesthesia during the procedure. They said I need a bone graft for the two molars they extracted from the upper right side, so they postponed putting in the screws for now. There was a lot of work done, and it was tough. I have to stick to liquid food like porridge for over a week, and it didn’t come cheap either... More than anything, this is my first major procedure, so I'm not entirely comfortable with letting go of my natural teeth. I guess it's just a necessary step as we age, right? I think I’ll have to continue coming back for a few more months. For now, I'll go back in about ten days to have the stitches taken out and for a check-up.

I’m touched by the fact that they don’t push unnecessary treatments and put in their best effort to preserve existing teeth. Even though I originally had weak gums and teeth, I've been continuously visiting the clinic after moving to Sangam-dong Nurikgum Square, and I’ve had two implants so far. Recently, one of my front teeth was replaced with an implant and tissue graft surgery, and in four months, I’ll be able to enjoy a nice-looking tooth without any pain. I trust the doctor and rely on his care through ongoing management and treatment. I've been for a few visits over the past 5 months, and I only have a couple more visits to go. The long treatment process has not been difficult, and I'm very satisfied. I highly recommend this dental clinic if you are looking for skilled and friendly dentists.

My father's gums were in really bad shape, so I went with him... He has had his upper and lower front teeth crowns for a long time, about 20 years, and his gums have really suffered because of it. The doctor suggested that since there's a subsidy from the government, it would be a good idea to consider changing his dentures this time... I hadn't really thought about it, so I felt like I needed to think it over a bit more and just received gum treatment this time... I just feel like dentures are not great, both for eating and aesthetically... As we were discussing, the doctor also recommended implant-supported dentures, so I think we need to look into that a bit more at home and then go back.

I had a bone graft surgery and got an implant before, but the day before yesterday I felt like food was stuck in my front gums, so I visited the hospital. They took some pictures with a rotating machine and did an X-ray as well. It turns out that several years ago, the bone in my left molar area had deteriorated a lot. The grafted bone has attached well, but my gum bone keeps disappearing, so I had to undergo another bone graft surgery today. The thing is, I’ve been going to this dental clinic since I lived in Gangneung, so I can’t really go anywhere else. Now I live in Wonju, and it’s tough to leave home at 8:30 AM, take the KTX to Gangneung. It’s really challenging, but I don't think I could go elsewhere either. I believe that Yeongdong Dental Clinic does a really great job with dental treatments. The director is friendly and extremely skilled. I have to go back in ten days to get the stitches removed.
