I'm not a fan of places where only the assistant provides the consultation and I go into the procedure without seeing the doctor. I sought out YouTube Plastic Surgery because collagen thread lifting is said to last for three years. At first, I hesitated, but they gave me ample time to think it over, and I ultimately had 8 threads on each side, totaling 16 threads. The anesthetic injection was painful, but the thread insertion wasn't painful, although I did feel a pulling sensation. There is slight swelling for about 3 to 4 days, but after that, it seems to have the advantage of being something you can get done without your family knowing. For up to a week, you need to wash your face gently, and the sensation of something foreign disappears after 2 weeks. Since the lifting is done on the cheeks, my wrinkles have diminished, and filling in the nasolabial folds has greatly increased my satisfaction. The doctor tailors the procedure to each individual. I received the InMode treatment focused on the jawline. The reviews were so good that I decided to try it. It's not just noticeable to me; even my friends have commented on it. When you exit from subway Sinnohyeon Station at Exit 5, the building is right there with an elevator to the 6th floor. The first impression is very clean, and after scanning the barcode and filling out the first visit application, they asked if I needed a drink while waiting. I politely told them it wasn't necessary as I might need to go to the restroom often. During the consultation wait, I don't remember the name of the consultant, but they took detailed notes and explained everything thoroughly during the consultation. Additionally, it was really nice that they applied a moisturizing cream for me. The best part was that Dr. Lee Seon* personally checked my face before the procedure, evaluated the condition, and discussed what my concerns were and what could be done about them. It was great. In other places, the consultants just pass along notes after the consultation and immediately proceed with the procedures. However, visiting this clinic and having the doctor examine my face and explain everything gave me more trust, and I felt confident that my concerns would be well-addressed. I also received a 10% coupon for my next visit. I appreciate the advice to be careful not to gain weight after the InMode treatment. I hope to receive treatment from Dr. Lee Seon* again next time. This time I did get a bit of bruising ^^~ I can definitely feel that the effects are happening quickly. I hope to complete all 5 sessions soon and diminish my nasolabial folds, double chin, and marionette lines. I feel better now than at the start. It might just be my personal satisfaction.

I feel a bit disappointed that there wasn't a consultation with the doctor before the procedure, as it could have increased my trust. After the treatment, I experienced some swelling in one eye that lasted about 3 hours due to the local anesthesia injection (just for reference). As the days went by, the filler naturally spread, softening the contours. I received an injection of 3cc divided equally between both sides, providing a natural volume without excess.

The consultant was very kind and explained everything clearly to ensure that I could receive the procedure rationally, which naturally instilled trust in me.

I just got Ultherapy at a new dermatology clinic that opened in Centum City, Busan, and I want to share my honest review hoping it might help someone! Since I was paying for it, I wanted to make sure I got effective and safe treatment, so I looked for a specialist clinic. I visited a few clinics in Centum, but none of them really appealed to me. They were all friendly, but that’s just my personal opinion. Unlike other clinics where you feel rushed through the treatment, here they really took their time with each patient, which I loved. The individual 1-on-1 rooms felt cozy, and the lifting room had really nice, soft beds. After the treatment, I also received a service from the doctor’s signature method, and when I went into the personal care room, the staff chatted with me, making me feel comfortable without any awkwardness. They were so attentive and accommodating, which I really appreciated.

After paying 1,400,000 won, I experienced sexual shame and treatment failure. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. I paid 1,400,000 won for dual course 2 to improve smile lines and jawline, and planned to receive a total of 24 threads including 4 PCL threads and 20 concentric threads. However, during the design process before the treatment, I faced highly unpleasant and inappropriate physical contact from the responsible doctor. There was no change from the treatment, and the clinic's response was irresponsible, hence I'm leaving this review for public interest. 1. Inappropriate physical contact: During the design, the doctor pulled their body towards my legs that were sitting on the bed, getting too close to my private area, which was very uncomfortable and humiliating. I felt very bad from the start, but I had already paid, so I endured it. 2. Design and vector errors: Looking at the marking photo which was sketched in less than a minute, the threads were pulling in a direction that did not address the smile lines but only towards underneath the chin. As a result, the smile lines showed no improvement, and there was no change in the jawline either. My concerns were completely disregarded by the doctor during the design, and in a very authoritative manner, they dismissed my opinion with nonsensical statements like, “Dimples make you look old! Without dimples, you won't have wrinkles! Without wrinkles, you'll live longer!” 3. Doubts about the number of threads: When I saw the threads prepared just before the treatment, there were only about 15 threads instead of 24. When I asked the chief nurse (or was it a nurse aide?) about this, I received the absurd response, “It’s because the threads are short.” 4. Hygiene conditions: The hygiene management was terrible, with the threads placed on reused regular towels in non-sterile areas during preparation for the procedure. Moreover, there were unwashed black stains all over the gown of the doctor who performed the treatment. 5. Treatment process and post-treatment response: Despite informing them of my upcoming overseas trip, it was evident that the design did not match the paid treatment, which was ignored with excuses like 'wait for a month', 'it's because you didn't get fillers', and 'you'll probably need fillers if you come again'. I initially intended to receive a lifting treatment with thread lifting, not to fill in the concerns with fillers. The doctor did not attempt to improve the promised smile lines with thread lifting from the beginning and even expressed resentment towards me for not adding a smile filler, bluntly questioning why I didn't get it and suggesting that I should have spent that money to get fillers from them instead of somewhere else. The manager who consulted me even told me that the filler prices at this clinic are too expensive, and when I mentioned I would get it done elsewhere, they asked me to say to the doctor that I would get fillers next time, assuring that the doctor would insist on getting fillers as well. Additionally, despite the anesthesia, I felt severe pain, but I refrained from making any noise, worried that it would upset the rude doctor and interfere with the treatment. However, the doctor expressed irritation, saying, “Ugh, why are you so tense?! What hurts?!” To calm the doctor, I replied, “Yes, doctor, I am taking deep breaths,” but the doctor just became angrier, saying, “Why are you looking down?!” creating more fear for me with their unprofessional behavior and remarks. From the start, I should have been more cautious seeing the strange atmosphere of the clinic and the bizarre behavior and comments of the doctor, and I deeply regret falling for the false marketing of 'PCL 4 threads + 20 concentric threads for 1,400,000 won.' Looking again at the review photos, most seem to be poorly photoshopped images of my face. I returned home after three years; I wanted to get thread lifting during my vacation, but that opportunity has also been ruined. I hope there won't be anyone else who goes through the same financial and emotional distress as I did, and I am currently in the process of reporting to the consumer protection agency. Please choose carefully.
