I have sleep apnea, and I've been dealing with it for a while. I kept experiencing apnea while sleeping, so I started searching for options and found out about this place. After going through a polysomnography test at Central ENT, I got a CPAP prescription. The test involved spending a night at the hospital with the machine attached to my body. After a little sleep, the test was complete. The hospital room was comfortable, and the nurses explained everything well. Thanks to their thorough explanation, I've been using the CPAP and sleeping much better these days. It’s my first time using one. It feels a bit awkward, but my apnea is definitely gone. I think it might be tough for some sensitive people, though.
