Since then, all my family members have started going there together. There's a short-haired lady at the desk who has been there for years, and she’s always so friendly that it makes me feel good every time I go. The other doctors, apart from the main one, change frequently.

I've been coming here for a few years now... Other places have long waits, but they see you quickly here, which is great. Of course, if it’s serious, it’s better to spend a little more time with the doctor, but since I go for artificial tears, they see me fast which is convenient and nice. They only do basic tests, so there's absolutely no excessive treatment. Even in a short time, they explain things well and I understand quickly... I stayed there for 2 minutes, but now the doctor is alone, so there was a bit more waiting. After getting my prescription for tears and having some UV treatment, my eyes feel a bit better... The person at the desk here is especially friendly and nice.

Recently, I felt a continuous foreign body sensation in my eyes, so I visited Seoul Eye Clinic in Siheung. Every time I blinked, it felt like there was sand in my eyes, and even with artificial tears, it wasn't improving, so I decided to get checked. I didn't have to wait too long after checking in, and everything was neat and organized. After a basic vision test and intraocular pressure test in the exam room, I went into the consultation room, where the doctor immediately performed a slit-lamp examination and explained that I had several conjunctival stones. At first, I was a bit surprised to hear that stones could form in my eyes, but the explanation that waste can harden and cause friction leading to a foreign body sensation was relatively easy to understand. Fortunately, they said it could be removed that day, so I went ahead with the removal. They applied anesthetic drops, so there was hardly any pain, just a little discomfort from keeping my eyes open. The actual removal took less than a few minutes, and they kept checking in to make sure I was alright, which eased my tension. Right after the procedure, I felt a slight stinging sensation, but from the way home, I definitely felt my eyes were better.

I am doing well here, but I’m sad that the kind person at the front desk has left.
