The service is friendly and quick. I tried the skin booster shining, and the results aren't bad. I think it will be better if I keep doing it consistently.

I received a Chanel injection! Lately, it seems like my skin has been getting worse, and I think it's about time I start taking care of it as I’m approaching the age when aging starts to become noticeable! During the consultation, I liked that the Chanel injection contains various beneficial ingredients, and I was told that the new Derma Shine machine would be less painful, so I decided to purchase a five-session package and go ahead with the treatment! The photos are the before-and-after pictures from just one session! The first two pictures were taken on the day of the treatment; I had a slight bruise, but it faded quickly, and it was completely covered with makeup! The last two pictures were taken seven days after the treatment; both are without makeup, and I can definitely see my skin is brighter, has a nice glow, feels smoother, and is less dry! I arrived earlier than my appointment and was able to proceed with the treatment quickly without anesthesia, which was nice but a bit disappointing as it seemed weaker than at other clinics because the depth wasn't adjustable. Maybe because of that, there were no marks left, and I didn’t have any swelling, so recovery was quick. It’s been about a week, and there hasn’t been any noticeable reaction. The skin booster does give my face a bit of shine, but since this is my first time with Vitalan, I’m wondering when I will see the effects. My facial elasticity, glow, and hydration have decreased, so I’ve been getting boosters, but immediate results are definitely tied to the procedure's cost, meaning there’s nothing permanent, and I have to maintain it regularly, which also adds up, so I tend to take advantage of promotions.

I frequently use Maypure because their Botox and Rejuran are cheaper than other hospitals. This time they launched the Chanel injection on Cashwalk... and it was definitely cheaper than other hospitals. Usually, it goes up to around 200,000 won during promotions. The price is reasonable, and since I usually get Rejuran and have seen good results, I decided to try it out since it just launched. The numbing takes about 15 minutes to 20 minutes, but I think I could have done without it. I usually get Dermotoxin without any numbing. It was less painful than Dermotoxin. And oh, the director himself does it by hand, meticulously!! I wondered if they would use a machine like they do with Rejuran, but he did it personally. Right after the procedure, what I was most satisfied with was that there was minimal embossing!! (A few small bumps scattered around) and there wasn't much bruising... maybe a little under my eyes?? With Rejuran, the bumps are kind of big (and numerous), and the needle bruising was quite significant, which was a bit of a burden for me as a working professional. But I feel like the Chanel injection shows much less bruising overall. There may be individual differences, but it’s good that there’s less bruising. So, what’s the conclusion?? The effectiveness is outstanding... I started to see a glow around the fourth day after getting it. It’s the first week, and the bruise under my eyes has a slight yellow tint. I wonder if the effect appeared more quickly because I have had Rejuran a few times? As the bumps disappeared, my skin looks smoother and brighter. Haha! The water glow is a bit more moisturized on the inside than what is visible on the outside, which is a bit disappointing. But I feel like Chanel gives a good feeling even in the outer expression!! I've had the Chanel injection for the first time. I was in a hurry, so I did it quickly without anesthesia, and the procedure didn’t take long. However, don’t expect a luxurious hotel-like atmosphere or privacy in the setup, and there’s no self-wash or parking availability, which is a clear difference from other dermatology clinics. Nevertheless, I think these aspects are what allow them to keep their treatment costs reasonable, and personally, I find them bearable. If you're looking for reasonable prices and guaranteed results instead of glamor, I believe Maypure Clinic in Gangnam offers excellent cost-performance that outweighs any disadvantages.

As I entered my 30s, I noticed my skin was becoming saggy and my pores were widening, which has always been a concern for me. I have been consistently receiving 2cc of Rejuran at Meipure once or twice a year. Rejuran is my favorite treatment among all the procedures at Meipure, but the pain... 😭 I always had to mentally prepare myself for it (the satisfaction of the treatment was very high compared to the pain... Hence I couldn't stop...) Anyway, I heard that they launched Chanel injection, so I tried it right away last Monday! The most satisfying part was that I felt absolutely no pain!! After about 20 minutes of anesthesia, I had the procedure, and I only felt a slight tingling sensation. (For reference, I am very sensitive to pain and have teared up during Rejuran treatments.) I couldn’t take a photo immediately after the treatment, but the bruising was minimal, about 3-4 points, and could be covered with concealer. I had almost no swelling at all. I received the Chanel injection twice. As soon as it launched, I went for the first session, and during the consultation, I was told I could do it a week apart. Sure enough, they had an event right away! Feeling like this is the moment, I hurriedly pre-paid for the third session! First of all!!!! I got the first shot last week and the second shot yesterday. I can already feel a difference in my skin texture, haha. I did it without anesthesia, and it was painful because of the injection... I’m usually scared of injections in my butt, but I managed... it was tolerable, haha. The doctor was very thorough. I had injection marks for about 2-3 days, but after that, I was fine. Fortunately, I didn't have any bruising, haha. Right after the procedure and the next day, I had a bit of swelling on my face, but it disappeared faster than I expected. I found that many people online were asking if the product was Pilo 135. So I asked about it since the price was affordable, and they confirmed that it is indeed Pilo 135, haha. Anyway, I'm already feeling the effects, so I’m considering going up to 5 treatments.

I had a skin booster with exosomes and did LDM at the same time. This was my first time for both procedures and since my ceremony is coming up, I decided to go with the skin booster. They said that the effects would really kick in after about two weeks, and my ceremony is just about that far away, so I chose the famous exosome skin booster. I thought doing LDM would amplify the effects of the exosomes, so I added it for an extra 12 minutes. During the consultation, they said it wouldn't hurt even without anesthesia, but I can’t tolerate pain very well and I bruise easily, so after much consideration to save time, I decided to proceed without anesthesia. However, they applied an ice pack, so the pain was bearable. I plan to proceed without anesthesia next time too. They said that bruising, injection marks, and swelling would last for a week, but right after the procedure, there was only slight redness. When I returned home in the evening, I noticed that the bruises were gradually appearing, but I remembered that they said bruising cream would help if I was very concerned about it, and thanks to the bruising cream, the bruises faded quickly!! During the consultation, I was recommended to come in 3-5 times at weekly intervals, and for just one session, I am already very satisfied with the skin hydration and texture, so I will definitely continue with the recommended 5 sessions! Today I had a combination treatment. After cleansing, I started with Pico toning, then after numbing, I did 600 shots of Shurink Universe. Right after that, I got the Meladeus Skin Booster, Exosome Skin Booster, and Revicol (which has similar skin regeneration effects to the Lituo from Meipure). My skin feels tingly now.
