The acupuncture technique used was traditional, placing needles around the pressure points near my lower back, and at first, I felt a bit tense because of the 'acupuncture sensation.' However, once the treatment began, I experienced a cool feeling as my muscle tension eased, and I could definitely notice a reduction in pain. After several sessions, my back movement became more comfortable, and I was pleased to see that the frequency of the pain, which used to occur often, had noticeably decreased. That said, the effectiveness can vary from person to person, and it doesn't completely improve in just one day, so I found that getting several treatments regularly was more effective. There aren’t many online reviews specifically for this clinic, making it hard to judge, but personally, I felt that the acupuncture treatment wasn’t much different from other clinics and was helpful for managing my back pain.
