The wait was long, but when it was my turn, the doctor examined me thoroughly, so I didn't mind the wait. They also checked for any overlapping medications for other conditions and explained in detail how to take the medicine without any clashes. The nurse was very kind during registration and informed me about the approximate waiting time, which was almost spot on. Knowing the estimated waiting time allowed me to wait relatively comfortably without having to ask when my turn would be. This is a hospital I would recommend to others.

I heard that the new Su-Seong Hana ENT Clinic opened, and since a professor from Seoul Asan Medical Center is the director, there were a lot of patients waiting and making appointments. I went without a reservation, so there was a bit of a wait, but they explained the management methods for rhinitis, how to use the spray, and everyday habits very well, which made me very satisfied. I liked their professional explanations, so I plan to keep going for my rhinitis treatment.

They performed a thorough examination of my ear. They noticed that my right eardrum had been torn in the past and was showing signs of having been stitched, advising me to be careful with any activities that could apply pressure. They also mentioned that this led to eustachian tube dysfunction. Since I mentioned the popping sound and pain occurred together, they prescribed me medication including steroids but said it wasn't absolutely necessary, so I just took the prescription home and thankfully, I got better without having to take the medication. The clinic was in a newly built, clean facility and I was pleased with the quality of the examination tools.

When I explained my symptoms to the doctor in the exam room, he mentioned that snoring can be caused by issues in the nasal passages, throat, or airways, so we conducted a few tests. I had an endoscopy and a nasal airflow test. Looking at the results, it showed that the airflow in both nostrils was significantly reduced compared to normal, which could explain my worsening snoring. There was indeed a reason for it. Of course, obesity was also a contributing factor. Thanks to this, I learned about the causes and treatments for my snoring, and I feel grateful that I got checked at the ENT!
