At first, the cold gel sensation and electric shock were unfamiliar to me, but the therapist carefully adjusted the intensity, making it comfortable to endure. In particular, the heat treatment was effective in relaxing tense muscles and alleviating the pain. After the treatment, my once heavy knee felt much lighter. By consistently visiting and doing light stretching exercises, I've found it easier to use the stairs. If you're struggling with knee pain, I recommend getting physical therapy early.

The hospital is old, so there are many patients and a lot of people waiting. The waiting room is a bit small compared to the number of patients, so if you pick the wrong date, it can get very chaotic like a flea market. I'm receiving internal medicine treatment for my blood pressure. The internal medicine doctor is a young physician and very kind, so even if I ask questions, they answer kindly. There are two nurses in internal medicine, with one experienced and older nurse who is also kind, and since she has worked there for a long time, she answers my questions well. When I mention my blood pressure medications and symptoms like orthostatic hypotension, they adjust my prescriptions nicely.
