My baby suddenly developed severe cold symptoms over the weekend, so we urgently sought a hospital and ended up visiting Seongdong-gu Children's Hospital. Having consultations available on weekends made me feel really reassured as a parent. As soon as we entered the hospital, I was impressed that the waiting area was nicely decorated to suit a baby's eye level, unlike typical pediatric clinics. They had a variety of toys ready to keep the kids from getting bored while waiting, and there was even a slide, which made my child forget they were at a hospital and have a great time playing. Thanks to that, we were able to spend the waiting time much more easily, and overall, I felt that this hospital really considers both children and their caregivers. The director and the nurses were all kind, and I was satisfied with the care we received.
